“The host was very calculated in not addressing our issue which we brought to his attention the early morning of the day of our check-in day,which we didn't even stay at due to circumstances beyond our control.The host failed to respond to my urgent request until late that evening after I again brought it to his attention which he then said it was to late to rebook. Had he responded when first being made aware,we feel he had an opportunity to rebook,instead only offering a discount on another……

“This is not a national park stay, so the survey questions need altering.Mary Lemon house is sweet and comfortable and the location is pleasant for walking and close to the centre of Orange.The house needs a little attention in ways that surprised us. We've pointed out details to the host and hope to hear back from them.”

“Meltham was a beautiful comfortable home only a stone’s throw from the shopping precinct so we walked everywhere. We arrived on a “feels like zero” day but were greeted by a cosy fire turned on for our arrival. Thank you - really appreciated it. The beds are super comfortable and decor elegant. Only glitch was that the coffee pods were not compatible with the machine and you can’t buy the correct pods except online.”
