“The hot water only lasted one bath. Very difficult to give kids a bath with no warm water. The bbq also did not have any gas, which was disappointing after we had bought food for a bbq. Messaged the host about both of those things but got no response. ”

“The host was very calculated in not addressing our issue which we brought to his attention the early morning of the day of our check-in day,which we didn't even stay at due to circumstances beyond our control.The host failed to respond to my urgent request until late that evening after I again brought it to his attention which he then said it was to late to rebook. Had he responded when first being made aware,we feel he had an opportunity to rebook,instead only offering a discount on another……

“Great house and perfect yard for our pooch. The electric blankets & heaters were a welcome treat given the unusually cold March weekend. Location is great, just a 10 min walk in to town.Highly recommended & definitely will return.”

“We loved our girlie stay at The Wren Hill. It was an amazing house with great views and all the comforts. Only issue were the very saggy mattresses in all the beds. Unfortunately none of us slept well. Ended up on couches and lounges. The mattresses need to be replaced. Thank you”

“We came to the area to do a tour of the regional wineries, Ambrose on Byng was the perfect base for our short trips. It is a beautiful, well appointed cottage, so peaceful and quiet an easy to live in, there is nothing i can think of that would have made our stay any better. Thats so much to Stuart for his hospitality.”

“This is not a national park stay, so the survey questions need altering.Mary Lemon house is sweet and comfortable and the location is pleasant for walking and close to the centre of Orange.The house needs a little attention in ways that surprised us. We've pointed out details to the host and hope to hear back from them.”
