This cute cabin was perfectly located between all of our stops, Zion NP, Bryce Canyon and Page, AZ. The cabin is well stocked with everything you need. Loved our stay!!

Such a perfect place to stay when visiting Southern UT! We skipped the crowds of the west side of Zion National Park and enjoyed Bryce Canyon and Kanab while staying in a cozy, family friendly home. We had family ranging from a 3 year old to an eighty-two year old and everyone enjoyed their stay. The hosts were very accommodating and we had everything we needed for our stay. It was great having a nice little grocery store within walking distance, too.

A nice space

We were In town for a wedding and this house worked great. It is also a good location to visit Zion, Bryce and the Coral Sand Dunes. Check in was easy.

Perfect Zion Area Stay!

This house was perfect to access Zion, Bryce, Cedar Breaks and we were able to get to the north rim of the Grand Canyon as well. The house was super clean and had a ton of character. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice house, clean, very comfortable beds, well decorated. I would stay there again. Only one small complaint, it was only 55 degrees in the house when we arrived and it took a couple hours to warm up.

A great stay with some friends while visiting the National parks. We did a lot of hiking over the few days, and the house was a perfect place to rest our heads at night. The house was well equipped with linens and kitchen appliances, would absolutely stay again when in the area!

The Sunset Cowboy Retreat was a perfect spot if you want to visit two National Parks, ideally located between Bryce and Zion. The house was very clean and had all of the amenities that you would need for your visit. The house was a very comfortable place to relax at the end of a long day of hiking the trails of the parks.

Our group of 6 had plenty of room, the place was spotless, the best stocked vrbo we have stayed. Coffee shop down the street is fantastic. Close to Bryce, Grand Canyon, and Zion. The owners could not have been nicer, very good communication. Would stay again tomorrow!

The property is in a good central location for Zion and Bryce Canyon, with the added bonus of 2 National Monuments within an hour drive. This is a great place close to Zion and that area. Wed stay here again. We did notice the yard is small, not fenced and on the main road running through town, so busy. We weren’t at the house for long, we were in the park and surrounding areas so it didn’t affect us. But if you have littles, this isn’t a yard they can play in unattended. Communication was excellent and arrival/departure instructions were clear and easy. The back door lock does seem difficult to be certain it’s actually locked, maybe worth a check by the owner.
