Hotel was nice clean great location. The best of all is the restaurant bar upstairs. Food and staff were absolutely terrific. Only downside is that there is a mosque literally right next door so be prepared for way too loud early morning azan

OK place, OK customer service, Lots of Smoke

Even though they have "smoke-free" signs everywhere, the entire place stinks with smoke. I asked them for a smoke-free room and they said they don't have any smoke-free rooms. This was the biggest bummer to me. The also charge you per person even if you have a room that "sleeps 3". I get this, but it was annoying at the same time. We ended up having to pay for 2 rooms for me and my kids. Their breakfast options are decent. They have a variety of healthy options.

What a difference a year makes! We were disappointed with the size and condition of our “nonsmoking” room. The standard room was extremely small and poorly lit. We stayed at this property a year ago exactly. In fact, the main reason we stopped in Ordu was the great stay we had in Sinema hotel. This year The property seemed rundown and the staff was not much better. One example was when the breakfast staff(named canan ) scoffed when we asked for something as simple as olive oil.

Nothing like all things so bad and the staff all disrespectful and careless especially the reception. We booked for two persons but they said booked for one! Which not acceptable and they charge the same amount as new booking!! This hotel so bad and we not advise any to reserve with them....

Absolut nicht empfehlenswert! Uns wurde gesagt, dass der 2. Stock angeblich ein Nichtraucherbereich sei. Trotzdem roch es sowohl im Flur als auch im Zimmer stark nach Zigarettenrauch. Für Nichtraucher ist dieser Geruch wirklich sehr unangenehm. Man kann nachts wegen des starken Geruchs nicht richtig schlafen und bleibt die ganze Nacht wach. Zusätzlich kam aus dem Badezimmer ständig ein starker Kanalgeruch. Trotz dieser Zustände bekommt man sein Geld nicht zurück. Für den Preis absolut nicht akzeptabel. Ich würde dieses Hotel definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen.

Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die Lage ist super, wir hatten seitliche Meerblick und direkt in der Stadt mit eigenen Parkplätzen. Zimmer sehr schön und groß, Bad ebenso mit genügend Ablagefläche, angenehme Dusche mit sehr gutem Wasserdruck. Frühstück hat uns nicht wirklich gefallen. Es ist ein Cafe das auch von externen besucht werden kann, das Essen was die bekommen haben hat lecker ausgeschaut. Restaurant zwar sehr schön mit tollem Blick aufs Meer aber für Wasser gab es Papbecher, Orangensaft musste separat bezahlt werden, Brot war großteils trocken bzw hart. Das Omlette das bestellt werden konnte war gut.

Otelin konumu mükemmel, şehir merkezinde, temizlik ve kahvaltı gayet iyi. Herşey çok iyidi, Otel ile ilgili tek olumsuz nokta resepsiyondaki kadının niye geldiniz der gibi tavırları ve asık suratı idi. Otelin yüzü olan recepsiyon çalışanlarının daha güleryüzlü ve yardımcı tavır içinde olması gerekir. Unutmayalım ilk izlenim son izlenimdir!!!
