Pretty sparse surroundings and it's deep in the woods, so it's remote and private. The host has good communication and was willing to accommodate our dog that recently got hurt right before our trip and our child whom we had to take our trip. 「We are usually a very active family but this trip we really enjoyed slowing it down and hanging around the house. They had a bunch of games, dvd, kids books. More than enough room and beds. It was hard to pick which rooms to stay in. Ha! Our family needed this and it was great get away. Town is not far and we feel in love with Nevada city. They had dog man books and my son was over the moon about that. Great stay highly recommended it. 」
