“Not a great experience at all”

“No room available, didn’t honor room confirmation through Expedia even though called 3 weeks and morning of to confirm everything and was told yes. Keep in mind this was scheduled months ahead due to traveling long distance.”

“Check in was good and easy, but the shower in our room was a nightmare. The water was either scalding hot or ice cold and the pressure was not much more than a slow drip. The pillows could also have some more fluff, for my preference.”

“After driving from WNY to Grove City, we knew booking a Motel 6 wasn’t going to be luxury - but we still expected a basic, safe, and comfortable place to stay. Our room wasn’t ready at check-in, which was frustrating after a long drive. The staff was genuinely friendly and kind, which we appreciated, but unfortunately the condition of the property didn’t match even basic expectations.
