As described. Sharing a few comments which might help others. It dipped to 34 degrees at night and the upstairs was a bit chilly. Consider a space heater for upstairs. The only other feedback is that the kitchen stove does not have an exhaust fan, so when cooking indoors, opening the door is required..... ...

Best house for a large group! Main floor has 3 areas for gathering, so you're together but separate, so conversations can be heard & shared, and people don't need to shout to be heard.
