Family Summer Vacay

Our stay at this house was nothing short of exceptional. With its expansive layout and numerous rooms, there was more than enough space for our entire group to spread out and enjoy some privacy. The resort's location was also a major plus, providing our young adults and teens with endless opportunities to have fun. The well-appointed kitchen made meal times a breeze, and the perfectly set air conditioning ensured that we always felt comfortable. If you're looking for a property that will exceed your expectations, look no further than this one. It's a definite must-visit!

Great Stay

Pros;We had a great stay & the neighborhood was perfect. Our neighbors had a pool party at night and we didn't mind one bit because we couldn't hear a peep while inside. The house was spotless and kitchen had pots & pans for cooking breakfast. As everyone knows already, you never to buy your own tissue, paper towels etc for the house. Cons; I almost gave this house 3 stars instead of 4 but couldn't find it in my heart to do so since the hosts were pleasant and easy to work with. My issue was it was 98 the weekend I was there. The house was nowhere near cool enough. My guests were hot & the baby was sweating. The AC is set to 74 or 75 (I believe) and you're not allowed to change it. I know your guys may think 74 is cool but I can promise you with the size of this house in the blazing FL sun...it felt like it was 80 in there! There isn't a single ceiling fan in the house & that would've helped TREMENDOUSLY. We were forced to go buy fans to make it bearable during the day. Night time was fine. Also another issue is I spent hours and days trying to find a house that didn't have so many bunkbeds. This wasn't my favorite house but I picked it because it had a bed room that had 2 Twin beds. I needed this for a specific reason & was extremely upset when I checked in & discovered they removed it for a bunkbed. I know it may be minor to some but I had elderly people that I needed it for. They need to update their pictures to reflect the change. Also I wanted to add that the dirty walls & all that are gone. I think someone painted & cleaned up the house right before we arrived. So everything looked great & clean. Also, the bunk bed have a trundle bed underneath. I'd recommend this place again!

Nice place

Place is very nice, the area is gorgeous! We did do a thorough cleaning once we got there even though cleaning before check in is included in the fee. We found lots of candy and dirty things around the house and in the bedrooms which wasn’t so pleasant. The pool had some issues when we tried heating it but other than that it was a nice stay, good place to get away make some memories with friends and family!

Kissimmee stay

Our experience with this property was unfortunately not what we had hoped for. We paid the extra money to check in early and were never sent the code to check in. As we sat at the resort waiting for the code, we eventually reached out to the property management in which we were told the property was still being cleaned and they didn’t know we were checking in early (even though we had emailed back and forth and paid the fee). They got it figured out and we were able to get in shortly after that, but not the stress we needed added to our trip after a long drive with three young children. When we arrived at the house there was an overwhelming smell of cleaning supplies, as that dissipated the kitchen had this horrible smell. Whatever it was it was a complete turn off and I wouldn’t have dreamed of cooking in that kitchen. The pool was looking a little green, but we weren’t entirely sure, so we allowed the kids to hop in for a quick dip. My kids were swimming into hair, found an earring in the hot tub, and plastic cups on the bottom of the pool. The next morning the pool was fully green and clearly not cleaned properly. The property management team came out the following day to treat it, and we were assured it would be swimmable the following day. Unfortunately, it wasn’t. Aside from that quick dip the first day we were never able to swim in the pool again. Luckily we had the resort pool to go to, but with Covid we were really hoping for our own personal pool. The first night there we were hoping to open our Netflix account in the upstairs “theater room”, make popcorn and let the kids relax after a long day of travel and much to our disappointment, the TV was not working properly and we couldn’t connect to any apps to allow us to watch a movie. Throughout our entire stay we found half deflated balloons, confetti and much other evidence there had clearly been a party there and the cleaning team did a less than stellar job at cleaning. By the third day there the downstairs bathroom had a horrible smell of urine as if there was a back up somewhere. By then we were spending our last day at a park, had gotten nowhere with the management team all week and just wanted to leave. The management team was responsive during our stay, but still nothing was ever “fixed”. By our last day there they stopped responding to us, and refused to acknowledge the pool was still unswimmable. Very disappointed with what we got for the money we spent.

Nice place to enjoy with families or friends

We really enjoyed this home. It was very accommodating for us. It was 3 couples but easily would have accommodated our 5 kids and us if we would have brought them as there were 2 extra kid rooms. We were celebrating a 40th birthday. We enjoyed the home as well as the community amenities. There were a few minor things like the sockets in a bathroom weren't working but there was a plug right outside the bathroom so I didn't see a need for someone to come fix. The property owner/manager responded back appropriately and timely. It was a little difficult for one of the couples to share a full size bed but it took us back to our college days. We made due but would have been better if it was a queen bed. We would definitely recommend to others and staying again.
