The worst of the worst

We even left a few days early! They would control the ac/heat through WiFi and continually change it to mid 80’s. A lot of the furnature and house itself is damaged / broken. A lot of the items in the ad, are not even supplied. There are stains and garbage cans full of garbage and flies. This was the worst Vrbo experience I’ve ever had! We even contacted Vrbo directly and have not heard back from them because this “host” has multiple properties and there are no refunds or anything that they can even do. On a plus side, it was relatively close to Disney and there is a small kids park nearby.
