Great Location and

My family and I stayed here for a quick weekend get away. We loved this property! The driveway is shaded which was a nice bonus during a very hot summer. The house and pool area were clean and well stocked. Our kids loved the pool and my wife and I enjoyed the hot tub and the outdoor tv. The house itself is very spacious and had more than enough room for the four of us and would comfortably fit a much larger family or multiple families! The gameroom was nice and even though it is in the garage it was not uncomfortably hot or stuffy. There is shopping and restaurants within less than 5 min drive. The neighborhood is gated and feels safe, and check in/ out was very easy. The owner was very pleasant and easy to contact. We had a great time and will definitely try to book again in the future.

An Escape to Another World

As we have looked into houses in the Orlando area for years, this is one of the rare finds. Not only is the facility incredible, well-maintained, and a slice of paradise, but the ownership brings a level of service that can't be beat! If you wanted to feel like you are a member of the family, then look no further because Mike and his family welcome you to their home with open arms, great communication, and the best care and concern we have ever seen! This house is definitely going to be our destination anytime we plan a trip to the Orlando area! It meets all of our needs by having an amazing pool, comfortable bedrooms, and plenty of room to relax and lounge. As our one friend said: "With a place like this, who needs those theme parks?" Thanks Mike and family!!

Family vacation

We had a fantastic time, the house was in a great location. The pool was nice, we had some trouble getting the heat to work, but we were still able to enjoy it!! Lots of room for our whole family to be together and still have our own space!

Well maintained home in a good location

Pool was fun, home was clean, enjoyed the “game room” (converted garage), mattresses were in good condition. Overall a good value! The only complaint we had was the lack of food stuff...just be aware that there is nothing in the home with which to prepare food (no salt, pepper, oil, sugar, etc.) We had to buy groceries anyway so it wasn’t a big deal, just a bit of a surprise. Other than that we really had a great time.

Bed bugs!!!!! Flies everywhere

Hi anyone whose reading this! I stayed there and from the start I had communicated with Mike and told him the house wasn’t cleaned. Carpets needed a cleaning, the stove, the pillows needed to be replaced, those beds do have bed bugs specially the room with bunk bed and a twin bed. I read a previous review of another person stating the bed bugs but because the other review after it didn’t complained I went along with it. Mike does respond fast but he is cutting corners on cleaning and that’s the most important thing to be considering. There were other things there that needed to be replace or cleaned but what I got extremely concerned about was the improper cleaning yet be charge for cleaning fees….. the house itself is big and alot of space the pool is decent size the jacuzzi is a good size but for some reason the water drains low after being inside for awhile. Flies are everywhere specially in front of the garage where the garbage is kept so they will fly inside the house no matter if the door is kept close. Overall because of the bed bugs and poor improper cleaning I would not stay there again because that’s were he cuts corners and all he does is say “sorry”

Excellent stay at this property

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It had everything we needed to make our stay for the week comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, 3 of the 5 bedrooms had en suites so we all had individual bathrooms. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to make meals and with a washer/dryer we were able to do laundry during the week making travelling a little lighter. We spent much of our time poolside in the pool and hot tub, and eating/lounging outside. The pool received day time sun, while the covered back deck area provided shade to escape the sun when needed. The property was very quiet and private which was exactly what we were looking for. It was also conveniently located, with a short trip to any of the parks, restaurants or shopping. I would certainly recommend this property and Michael was nothing short of exceptional with communication answering any questions I had before and during our stay!

Snow bird delight

I WOULDN'T DO IT IF I WERE YOU! LONG POST ALERT!

The pictures on the site are VERY MISLEADING! The ENTIRE outside needs a complete DEEP pressure washing. The neighborhood is very quiet. The houses are very close together. The street is tight. The host Will have his neighbor watching you. The neighbor parks their personal vehicles in front of the rental property. When you open the door (get there before dark because there's no porch light only garage light), you can see the potential but the host doesn't do his part! He will bribe you with a gift card for a positive review & once you pass the entrance, you'll see why! Arrived on my birthday. Spent my entire birthday at Wal-Mart buying (yes, used my hard earned money) cleaning products, to clean showers, tubs floors & washing bedding until the property manager & The "cleaning crew" came the following morning (we bath every night in my house). The air vents & ceiling fans were filthy! The kitchen & dining area had lizard poop through out as well as sugar bugs & ants. The entire INSIDE needs to be painted. The carpets need to be taken up & replaced. The bedding needs to be replaced. The shower had mold in it (the manager said it was UNDER the corking lol),curtains needs to be replaced. There was blood on the floor carpet & in the upstairs master bedroom. The view from the master bedroom upstairs is of a construction site. The property manger is very prompt but he had to come out twice during out stay; once to reclean & TRY to fix the heat in the spa (unsuccessful) & the next day, still didn't get the heat right. We we're there for 5 days & never got to use the spa. Paid for heat a week in advance but never got it. Requested refund for heat & was told he will give me a full refund AFTER I make a positive post. Still haven't received my money back. The kids enjoyed the pool (what kid doesn't like ANY pool). The first night the spa was scolding hot for a couple of hours after the property manager left but whenever you turn the timer it completely emptied. They expected us to sit with a water hose hanging out of it. It was no light nor railing. Very dangerous. Make sure you bring all your account information to Netflix Hulu & prime video if you want to watch anything besides roku live the because all the tv's have different services. Neither one of the kids room have tv. The place have potential but the host is a nice guy but needs to manage the place better instead off bribing the customers for positive reviews. The reviews are more important

Weekend Getaway on a Budget

We stayed at this home over the weekend as we enjoyed a getaway on a tight budget. We were 6 adults and 3 children (6, 9, & 12). Everyone has a comfortable bed and their own space. We chose this location to be away from the business of Lake Buena Vista while only being 30 mins or less away from all attractions. Community was quiet, access was easy ( a simple gate code), and Owner/Property Manager were very responsive. We highly recommend you give this home a second look.

Loved the pool!!! Great place to stay!!

My family stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the pool and spa for most of our stay. We honestly spent most of our time staying in and enjoying the home. What a beautiful place. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to have their own spaces. TVs in every room and even outside on the pool patio. The owner was super responsive and easy to work with. I miss it already and am already planning on coming back and enjoying the house with a few more people.

We had the best 5 nights. We are a family of 5 and had more than enough room. The kids were relieved not sharing a room. The pool and hot tub were a big hit. And the tv on the lanai was a nice touch. Kitchen was well equipped with cookware/utensils/both a regular coffee pot and Keurig, toaster, and blender. Internet was stable and fast. Husband and kids watched the smart TVs and were able to use stream without issues. Neighbors were quiet. Neighborhood felt safe. The place was clean and ready for us. Check in was easy. We didn’t have any issues so no need to contact the owner/manager. Easy drive to Disney. Thanks for allowing us to use your beautiful home.
