PATIO:
☀ Heated Pool (additional 40 USD per day)
If you'd like the pool heated during your stay, please let us know in advance. It takes 24 hours to heat the pool, and the heater must be kept on for the entire duration of your stay.
☀ BBQ - Free for guests use as long as it is left clean. If not, there will be a charge of USD 35 for cleaning. Propane gas is the responsibility of the guests. The tank can be exchanged for a full one at the 7-Eleven gas station, 2 minutes driving from the house. They charge USD 28.

HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets, Personal toiletries, and fresh towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
☀ Garbage collection takes place daily. Please ensure you place it inside the bench located right outside the main door for collection.
Check-in is at 3:00pm and check-out is at 10:00am. We do offer either early check-in for additional fee of $75 or late check-out for additional fee of $75. Please note this option is only available if we don't have same day check-in as we require enough time between reservations to clean the home to our professional standards. Please send the requests well in advance so that we can coordinate in advance with our cleaning crew.
FOOD:
As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and new supply of items such as condiments, or coffee will be provided before check-in.

There is a non-refundable pet fee of $180 per pet. No more than two pets are allowed.

If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. If you have an issue with the home, please let us know so we can fix it immediately!

Wonder Spring Break Week
The townhouse was accurately described and exceeded our expectations. Totally worth the additional fee to heat the private pool. Great location in the neighborhood as a corner unit with a grassy area making the space feel so much bigger and still private. Very comfortable mattresses on the beds made for restful sleep time after time spent at Universal Studios. Easy access to Disney World locations as well. Publix was only a few minutes away for us to stick up with groceries for the week. Totally worth the value to rent a cabana at the clubhouse-water park. Our grandsons had a wonderful time at the community pool and Lazy River as well as our private pool. Extra bonus board games for family fun in the evenings too!We will definitely keep this unit in mind for our next trip to the Orlando area!

Excellent Stay - Everything you need
Wonderful property that fit the needs of our family. After ending the day at the park it was lovely to come home to a pool that we could relax and enjoy. The house had everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed every minute. Due to the weather we weren't able to enjoy the water park, but it looked delightful. Hope to be back to enjoy another time.

Just came back from this beautiful vacation home and had to share our experience. The house exceeded our expectations in every way. Simona is a fantastic host who responds quickly and makes the booking process easy and stress-free.The house looks even better in person than in the pictures. Everything is spotless and well-maintained. The beds deserve special mention - they're incredibly comfortable! The kitchen has everything you need to cook family meals, from basic pots and pans to small appliances and plenty of dishes.What made our stay special was how the house balanced private and shared spaces. The game room quickly became our evening hangout spot - both adults and kids had a blast here. The pool area is the highlight of the property. We spent most of our days swimming, relaxing on the deck, and enjoying family time. The house sits at the end of a quiet street with natural scenery behind it, making it peaceful and private.The little details really stood out - there were plenty of towels, pool toys for the kids, and everything worked perfectly. The location feels secluded but is still close to everything we needed.We've stayed in many vacation rentals before, but this one tops the list. We're already looking at dates for our next visit.

Exceptional Family-Friendly Vacation Rental
Wow, what a fantastic stay we had! The property is absolutely fabulous and just as described. The beds are super comfy, which made our stay really restful and refreshing. It’s perfect for families with kids, providing a safe, cozy, and fun atmosphere. The play/tv room is such a hit, keeping the little ones entertained and offering a great space for family fun. The whole house has this warm and inviting vibe, making it feel like a home away from home that instantly puts you at ease. What really made our experience special was the location. Being a corner home, it’s surrounded by beautiful greenery that acts like a natural shield, turning the area into a peaceful oasis, far away from the everyday hustle and bustle. It was the perfect getaway for our family! I can’t recommend this place enough for families looking for a calm, well-kept vacation rental with loads of fun options for the kids. Having visited the area several times, I can honestly say this property is a gem!
