The space
This community is JUST FEW MINUTES FROM THEME PARKS and all major attractions in Orlando-FL (Disney, Universal and Seaworld). The resort has lots to offer including a state of the art Clubhouse, huge resort pool, tennis courts, volleyball court and even a children's playground area.
A brand new lazy river has just opened! and clubhouse restaurant as well. Don't delay as this home will book quickly!

- Master king bedroom is located downstairs - King size bed, SMART TV, full bathroom, shower and tub
- Master Suite - King size bed, SMART TV, Closet and private bathroom with shower.
- Queen Suite - Queen size bed, SMART TV, Closet and private bathroom with shower.
- Toy Story Bunkbed suite - 2 Twin bunkbeds, private bathroom with shower.
- Mickey&Minnie twin bedroom - 2 Twin size bed, sharing full bathroom.
- Queen - Queen size bed, SMART TV, sharing full bathroom.
-> Fully equipped kitchen.
-> In the garage we have the Game Room with a pool table.
-> This home is a short drive to the Solterra resort clubhouse and its ameninites, pools, lazy river and everything else.
Note: A one-time Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee is charged based on the number of guests. For 1-12 guests, the fee is $35, and for 13+ guests, it's $45. This fee covers a Resort Access Card (max 2 cards per party) for pool entry. Only credit/debit cards are accepted.

Moreover, it is equipped with many outdoor activities so you can have fun in the sun including a resort style pool, picnic area, children's playground and volleyball court.
Solterra Resort features the beautiful Palm, Beach and Coastal Collection of homes. These gorgeous homes are designed with generous open living areas, elegant features, and flowing layouts for a truly exclusive feeling. Homes in Solterra are located on over-sized conservation or water home sites, providing privacy in the back yard. Nature's paradise can be your private retreat!
IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES. READ BEFORE BOOKING:
PARKING: Please always lock your vehicle. You can park your car on the house driveway (04 cars). A few additional street parking spaces are available if needed and these vehicles must be parked within the designated, market spaces along the curb. Vehicles parked on the street outside of marked spaces and other unauthorized vehicles can be towed without notice. Parking in common area parking spaces (not including the clubhouse/amenity center) shall be on a first come/first serve basis. However, vehicles shall not be parked in the same space for more than three (3) consecutive days or may be subject to towing. No overnight parking at the clubhouse is allowed. Violators are subject to immediate towing.
PARTIES: That community has very strict NO parties policy. There are security people and off duty Sherrif officers to enforce the law working in the community. The HOA has contracted with the security company in order to provide manned vehicle roving every evening. The roving service searches noise complaints and for cars not parked in a designated area and immediately calls the tow truck. If we receive complains there is a party going on in the property, a penalty fee will be charged.

Pet Penalty if you bring a pet (House is not pet friendly - $200.00)
Extra Guest In additional to house capacity ($100/each additional person per day)

Noise Disturbance ($300.00/occurrence )
Pool Heating Available for a fee. It is $35/day plus taxes for a minimum of 3 consecutive days and you must ask for this extra before your arrival. Pool takes sometime to warm so we will be turning pool heater ON a day in advance and will be charging for that extra day.

→ Entire space plus building amenities are included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home.
Other things to note
→ Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP!!
