For reservations of 2 nights, we require a mandatory $400 Damage Protection Fee, which is fully refundable upon final inspection after check out.

Paradise Palms Clubhouse is just across from the house.

-Pet Damage Protection Fee: $250 (refundable)
Pet Damage Protection Fee is refundable if the house is in the same condition it was received after our check out inspection.
Any damages caused by the guest's pet(s) to the property during the stay is the guest's responsibility.
Any repair will be charged or discounted from the guest's Damage Protection Fee or credit card on file.
Charges are processed or requested after booking.
POOL HEATER INFORMATION:
Our pool heater fee is $25 + tax per day and this must be requested at the time of booking or at least 3 days prior to your check in.
The pool heater needs to stay on for the length of your reservation or for a minimum of 5 days in a row.
Please note: the spa only warms up if the pool heater is on (if applicable).
The hours of operation are from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm and the temperature is set between 82° to 88° F (times and temperature may vary according to the time of the year).
The pool heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function when weather is near freezing temperatures.
We recommend pool heating from September to May.
Please inform us if you would like to add the service during your stay. For Airbnb guests, we will need to send a payment request once your booking is confirmed.
Pool Size: is 7.5ft x 14ft (like a rectangular shape, it doesn't include the little area for the steps).
Pool Depth: 3ft deep on one side and 4ft deep on the other side.
BBQ GRILL RENTAL:
$50 + tax (13.5%) is the charge to use the BBQ Grill.
Guests are responsible for exchanging propane.
The fee covers the final cleaning and equipment wear and tear.
LONG STAY EXTRA CLEANING:
Please keep in mind that any reservations longer than 21 days are subject to extra cleaning services. Cleaning fees vary according to the size of the house.
We offer Regular Cleaning that includes towels and bed linens wash and it's the same price of the cleaning fee that you are paying for your house.
We also offer Mid Stay Cleaning that doesn't include towels and bed linens wash and the price is almost half of the regular cleaning fee.
We can add the additional cleaning after booking is processed.
We are offering our guests a professional laundry service delivered to the house.
Bed linen, bath towels, hand towels, bathroom rug, kitchen towel and pool towels are available for all guests. We do not provide washcloths.
Please note: The number of towels is according to the house capacity, there are no extra sets, guests can use the washer and dryer machine inside of the house.

GARBAGE:
- Please place all bagged trash inside bench by 10:00 AM each day to guarantee same day service. Trash is picked up every day starting at 10AM. After hours, please take trash to the compactor located next to the clubhouse.
- Use quality 12-13 gallon kitchen tall trash bags.
- No loose trash in your container. All trash must be bagged and securely tied.
- No liquids in your trash bags, please.
- All trash bags should be placed completely inside the container with the lid closed. Do not set trash bags outside or on top of container. They will not be collected and must be taken to the compactor.
- No boxes or large items.
- No hazardous materials (caustic or poisonous liquids or sprays, medical waste, etc.) and/or sharp objects (including: broken glass, medical needles, etc.) should be placed in separate protective container, double bagged, and personally disposed of by resident at the designated community area (dumpster at the end of Banana Palm or compactor area next to the Clubhouse).
ENTRY INTO HOME/KEY/CODE:
You will receive home arrival instructions 3 days prior to your stay to your email address on file.
You will go straight to the house and use an electronic door code that we will provide with your arrival instructions. There is no key to pick up. Door functions with a code keypad.
**For your safety, this home is equipped with security cameras outside by the front door and the back screen door where the pool machines are located.
Now that you're ready to book our home, kindly inform us after booking if you want to add services like Pool Heating and/or BBQ Grill Rental.
After the reservation is completed, you will you receive an email requesting electronically signature for our rental agreement, please look at junk mail to find it. (Airbnb guests don't receive this email).
PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES):
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the doorstep.
Guests must show a valid picture ID to receive packages.
All packages are delivered to the Clubhouse for short-term renters and guests are subject to a $10 package storage fee. This fee pertains to all packages regardless of size or shape.
Any mail with tracking numbers are considered packages.
Oversized packages and those weighing over 30lbs are not accepted at the Clubhouse. Kindly make arrangements to have someone available to accept the delivery of the package(s) at your home for oversized and/or heavy items.
Packages will be held for up to 30 days. Packages not picked up within the time limit may be discarded.
PARKING:
No trailers, RVs, golf cars are allowed to park in the community or the driveway of the homes.
HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Mid Stay Cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.
FOOD:
As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets. All food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee, cooking oil will be provided prior to check in.
