Location was excellent for access to all things Disney.House was as advertised and the pictures in the listing well representative of the property.Communication with the host was outstanding. We had a few minor maintenance issues needing attention; the host response was almost instantaneous and someone was out to the property very quickly to take care of them. Really couldn't have asked for better.

Fantastic neighborhood that feels private but close to everything. Roomy and fun right across from the clubhouse! Would easily stay here again!

More than needed for my family

We stayed here for convince of location to activities. Visiting with my family children ages 5-14 we found activities inside the park all children enjoyed. Was easy to get to activities around the city. The host was quick to respond to any messages I sent them.

Ruined 3,000 Vacation

The inside of the house itself is wonderful. The location is not ideal if you're looking for a relaxing stay. Our direct neighbors were smoking weed and blaring music from 8am - 2am. It is directly across from the clubhouse so there is music playing all day and cars constantly driving by right outside the back of the home where the pool is located. Speaking of the pool, that is why we booked this trip. We specifically didn't plan on excursions because my kids just wanted to spend a week in the pool. I asked for and paid for pool heat ahead of time. Upon our arrival the pool heat was not working. I know this may seem trivial but it is the only thing my kids were looking forward to. I was in touch with the host constantly and they kept saying they would send someone to correct the issue. A technician finally showed up and did something but it did not fix the problem. We let the host know immediately and again promised they'd send someone but it never got fixed. Yes we could go to the clubhouse but there was a crazy amount of people and it was not relaxing. Again, this is why I paid thousands of dollars, so that we would have our own pool. I would not have booked this home if I had known the pool heat was not working. The host did offer to refund me for the pool heat charge after I made a huge stink but only then. Of course I should be refunded for something I purchased that they didn't provide. I could go much further into detail but I've reached the character limit. Stay away!
