Great stay

Absolute great time there was 20 of us enough room for everybody and then some kids had a great time in the pool. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone with a large family.

THE GOOD: The home was spacious with a great lay out and plenty of room. Everyone had a bedroom and a comfortable bed to sleep in. The kitchen was fully stocked.We had several problems and I was able to send a message through the app and someone responded back within a few minutes and stayed in contact with me into the next day to take care of the most pressing issues.THE BAD: The home had several items that were broken or not in functioning order. A broken bunk bed ladder, a crack stove, unleveled pool table and sticks that had no tips, an iron that didn't work, and a gas grill with only 3 working burners. The home was in serious need of a deep cleaning. All baseboards had thick layers of dust and the walls were a little dirty. There were several spot on the carpet in the stairway that looked fresh.THE UGLY: Due to the nature of this issue, the above rating is a result of the following. Upon our arrival we immediately noticed a strong urine smell. A bedroom had a fresh urine stain in the mattress. This was only discovered after removing the clean sheets. The host had a cleaner sent to the home the next day. The same evening we were killing roaches in the kitchen. The roaches were coming from behind all appliances, cabinets and under the refrigerators. We spent our week killing roaches even after pest control was called out to the home on day 2. These are issues that should have been taken care of before our arrival and made for an uncomfortable stay.

Accuracy of listing was great regarding house, available amenities, accommodation size and house condition. 10 adults easily managed with spacious kitchen, individual bedrooms and bathrooms to cover. Appreciated the parking availability ( utilization of garage ) thumbs up! Only major downfall with property was pool set up of functionality and heat. This is a prepaid expense which took 3 days to rectify. Only means of communication was 2 separate phones numbers, (neither number answered on multiple calls) strictly text communications taking upwards of 3 hours to response. Still waiting for direction (response) on expense compensation for the 3 day loss of use. Overall great place to stay. Need to adjust communication level for resolving issues in a more timely manner.

Great house but slow to respond to problems

This house was a great location and convenient to everything we needed for our trip. Our kids were competing at the ESPN wide world of sports. It was well stocked with the exception of having only 2 bar stools for the kitchen counter which were both broken. COMPLAINT!!: Our big complaint was we went days without internet & TV and it took much time and effort on our part to get both problems resolved! This was a big inconvenience and disappointment as we had people who needed the internet to work. And we all would have liked to have the TVs to watch. The communication was poor and WE had to continue to call back to get any resolution which was extremely frustrating. Although things happen, the response of management can make all the difference. Unfortunately, we did not feel like this company took control of the situation nor were they interested in providing any compensation for the inconveniences.
