Always stay at vista cay

I make it a point to stay at vista. Love this place. Just wished I would have looked for ceiling fans it was a bit hot in this condo.

Perfect

The apartment was very nice and super comfortable. The AC was working great except in the main bedroom where we couldn’t feel it as much. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms nice and spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked with any items you may need. Washer and drier worked great. We used it every day. The floors were pretty dirty, even though they looked clean. it seems like housekeeping vacuums but doesn’t mop the floors. My sister couldn’t take the feeling of the floors so she swept and mopped the whole apartment. The floor could use a deep cleaning. The TVs were a little outdated but we didn’t care as we spent our entire time outside. Besides the floor and the TVs everything else in this house was perfect. We did not want to leave this place and can’t wait to go back.

Fix this unit

We checked in about 9pm and quickly realized that the A/C was not working. Then, we opened the refrigerator - and it was warm and smelled like food had spoiled in it. The next morning, when my husband was cooking breakfast, the skillet started to slide off the stove because it was not level. And, the bottom rack of the dishwasher constantly rolled into the dishwasher because it was not level. The hot and cold water faucets are backwards in the kitchen and master bathroom. Overall, this unit was very disappointing, and we moved out after our second night. Thankfully, Eli was incredibly helpful.

30th birthday weekend!

My family and I had an amazing time at this stay. It was more spacious than it seemed from the photos, the grounds were well kept, and it was a great central location to so many attractions! Would 10/10 recommend!

Wasn’t what I expected

The room in which we stayed did not meet my expectations at all. I was highly disappointed. There was a shot gun sized hole in the wall of the common room, the shared bathroom between the 2 bedrooms was not fully cleaned, the master bathroom had no hot water, there were appliances missing from the room, and sheets in the bedroom with the twin beds were filthy. The swimming pool and play area that is advertised in the pictures are NOT what they appear to be. The pools were much smaller and the play area was disappointing. If I had a chance to go to any other place, I would have but the money was non refundable. Not to mention the ridiculous parking situation, there were more locals on the premises than actual renters. If you have a chance to stay anywhere else, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS
