Great Location for an Orlando Visit

Vista Cay was a great location. Unit was very roomy, clean and in good condition. We would stay again.

Located close to everything! Pool was nice. Carpet was very worn and had stains but otherwise clean. Beds were comfy.

We stayed for an event at the convention center and it was a short easy drive there. Also not to far from local attractions. Kids enjoyed the pool too!

Dirty and needs updated

The property is located in a great spot. It is close to the pool and overlooks the lake. I loved sitting on the balcony and having my morning coffee. But...the condo needs updated very badly. There was dust on all the furniture. Cobwebs on the light fixtures. Light bulbs out in the master bathroom. The beach towels have seen better days. They are very thin and one had a hole in it. The master bathroom stool was loose and slid when you sat on it. It looks like it has been forgotten by the owners. These were small things that could easily be fixed. The over all decor is out of date. It is a beautiful condo that could be great if only they would put a little more effort into making it comfortable. We had a lovely time, but were disappointed with how it was neglected. I would stay at this location again, but would pick a condo that is more up to date. As far as the owners getting a bad review, that is because I asked for a paid in full invoice from them the week before our arrival and have never received one.

Convenient condo

We come for the VMX conference and love that this is walking distance to the OCCC as well as being on the bus route. The only thing this time was that there was construction noise going on and the path around the lake was blocked off. It would have been nice to have a heads up for that but otherwise, a safe choice for what we needed!

Chose to stay here rather than Disney property. Absolutely loved it! The location to all the attractions was great and the space was perfect! 10 out of 10!

Perfect!

We were surprised at the space, cleanliness and comfort. We had two other families staying locally and our was the beautiful place where we could gather with room to spare and a beautiful view. Convenient to all, great pool and walking path. Thank you so very much. We would love to return .
