Vacation Stay

Very nice property especially for the rate. The location was perfect; we loved how close to the pool the place was! Our only complaints were that some of the furniture needs attention (i.e., broken dinning room table chair, concerningly wobbly bar stools, inactive garbage disposal) and the carpeting could stand to be replaced. Overall, though the place was still very nice. The beds were comfy and we enjoyed our stay.

Great spot

The condo was fantastic. Great location, clean and perfect for our trip. The only negative was the toiletries weren’t stocked. Not a big deal in the grand scheme of things but the property manager wasn’t very nice when we called. Other than that I would recommend this condo and would stay there again.

Away from the crowds

This property fell short on our experiences of staying in condos. The entry gate for every single guest is at least a mile from the winding 25 mph zone condo. There are not restaurants or many popular coffee or eating spots within walking distance to the location. The stools in the kitchen are a safety hazard. For a condo that is inspected after every guest, they need new inspectors. Hair in the master bathroom sink upon arrival. 3 of the 6 lightbulbs in the bathroom burnt out. Not clear directions left in the condo...such as: you are here, the closest pool is here kind of thing. Overall this space is fine. The access to washer dryer, bathrooms all fine. We just expected more based on the description of the condo.
