I been to championsgate /davenport area 20 times over last 10 yrs amd have never wrote a negative review --this place is a disaster-from holes in moldings to only having bare minimal supplies in the house were the small issues - major issue was for 10 days there they lied daily about fixing pool and never did --there is no host to communicate with ,you have to email a corporations that is only open 9-5 mon-fri --response time is 2-3 days so your kinda on your own with no help - also issues i didnt complain about due to the lack of response to take care of anything i figured it pointless -but the house smells like a complete sewer throughout and the sink water is literally undrinkable ,your safer to drink water in mexico and i only drink sink water so im not a water prude -it is absolutely disgusting. The lack of a actual host and lack of correcting issues or proper response times completely ruins this place .if i was the owner and am paying this company to manage the property then im looking for a new company because its a absolute s show. This house & its operators will ruin your vacation -look elsewhere there is plenty of better options in championsgate area
