The south-facing pool offers maximum sun exposure. The pool is screened and has hedges for additional privacy. Pool heating is available at an extra cost, which may be required during the months of November to April.

The community prohibits commercial vehicles, RVs, boats, jet skis, trailers, and work trucks/vans. Swimming in the lake is not allowed. Each home may have up to 3 vehicles. Pool and spa heating is available for an extra fee and must be booked in advance for the entire stay. Pool/Spa heating will run from morning until late afternoon.
