Overall

Execellent place for staying within a budget in the Disney/Universal Orlando area. Easy accommodates 2 families. Water park was crowded but a lot of fun! The hot tub and pool at this house were well worth the extra cost.

Family vacation

We stayed for a week here. Upon arrival we found a ton of damage (broken outlet covers, stained couches, paint stains all over the carpet, clock had a hole in it, foosball table people heads broken, stained beach towels, bedding is stained...ect) Sent a message to the host/emailed pictures and never heard back from them. They advertise the pool bigger than what it is along with the patio. We paid additional for the pool heat it did work great. The beds were comfortable and the kids enjoyed the game room. The golf cart which we didn't rent is in the way for playing pool. Some things useful they should add to the home are dish towels, kitchen sink drain plug, and can opener. The location is pretty quiet the gate area gets busy at times. The clubhouse was very nice with very friendly staff, arcade, waterslides, lazy rivers and Restraunt.
