The space
Come stay in our charming townhome that features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms open kitchen concept, barbecue and a private pool.

Our home is very well located in Bella Vida Resort with short walking distance to the club house, where you will find community heated pool, gym, volley court, basketball and kids playground.

GROUND FLOOR

-> The living room is open and spacious with a 3 seats sofa and loveseat to relax and enjoy the 50 inch TV. This area opens to the fully screened lanai and pool area with BBQ.

-> Kitchen: Fully equipped with 2 seat island style breakfast bar. Refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker... All utensils, cookware, dinnerware, glassware and so much more!

-> Dining: Table seats 5 people

-> Queen sized bedroom with TV

->Full bathroom on ground floor.

SECOND FLOOR

-> Master Suite - King size bed, SMART TV, Closet and private bathroom with shower room.

well located

It is located in a gated neighborhood. The house could be better cleaned and maintained. Communication was great. We had no issues with the house.
