Very competitively priced for a property of this standard in the best resort in town, Disney Wonder is a well appointed home that offers fantastic value for money providing, as it does, tremendous resort style amenities, in a secure gated community, with a great location just 2 miles away from Walt Disney World.

Disney Wonder is a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom second floor condo in block number 2 of Windsor Hills. With 1081 sq ft of living area to enjoy it provides plenty of room to relax, while the resort amenities provide a host of options for those who are more energetic! Located less than a two minute walk from the main clubhouse and pool area, complete with a brilliant water park, Disney Wonder enjoys a relaxing view from which rumor has it that you can actually see fireworks on certain days from the comfort of your own private patio. As you would expect, this lovely condo also comes extremely well equipped.

Decorated in pastel shades throughout, and very nicely furnished too, this is a very compact condo though does not lack for space for the whole family. It can sleep 6 people comfortably, but we do prefer to restrict occupancy to 4 to preserve the condition of this very popular home.

The bedrooms consist of one king size master which has full en-suite facilities, and a twin specially themed for children. The two beds in this room are both twin size, so there is plenty of room for the whole family! The twin bedroom is serviced by the second full bathroom. We should add that all towels and linens are provided for your stay too, another great feature offered in your home from home.

Disney Wonder also boasts a compact kitchen, spacious living room and dining area, and a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer, so there is a lot in your 1081 sq ft!. The main living area features a 55" flat screen television, perfect for watching a family movie, and with an upgraded cable package too, there are plenty of those available. 

*Please note that the condominium also has high speed wireless Internet access, which is offered complimentary to all our guests. High speed wireless Internet access is also complimentary when you relax by the pool and waterslides.

After enjoying a memorable day at the theme parks everyone will surely appreciate the well stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, full size refrigerator and freezer, stove, coffee machine, toaster, waste disposal on offer as well as all the hand held appliances you would expect. With all kitchen utensils and crockery provided too, and a dining area with ample seating for 4, everything is there for you to both prepare, and enjoy, a home cooked family meal or enjoy a takeout from one of the many local restaurants you will find nearby.

A patio door from the living area leads onto a private patio furnished with a table and chairs. Facing northeast, you can enjoy the rising sun in the early morning, perhaps enjoying a spot of breakfast too as you plan your next adventure!.

Disney Wonder has been incredibly popular over the years and really is an impressive option for all the family, from those who want superb resort style amenities, to families just looking to relax. Incidentally, for those who have difficulty with stairs, this unit has you covered there too as the building is serviced by 2 elevators.

Windsor Hills Resort

Windsor Hills is a beautiful, family-friendly, gated resort community in Kissimmee, Florida (south of Orlando). Situated only two miles from Walt Disney World® Resort, it’s located within easy reach of most of Orlando's top attractions. The Windsor Hills villas each have private, screened-in pools in addition to the fabulous community pool and kids’ water park. This secure, 24/7 guarded community has everything and more for your family vacation.

Some of Windsor Hills’ notable features include a luxurious zero-entry pool, water park with fountains and water slides, a hot tub/spa, and a toddler splash pad. There are plenty of recreational areas, including tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts for everyone. There’s even a putting green! Windsor Hills also features multiple playgrounds for the children, including a large castle-style playground.

All Windsor Hills vacation rentals are located less than 10 minutes from Walt Disney World, just one mile from the attraction-packed Highway 192, less than a mile from a Walmart Supercenter and gas station, about 2.5 miles from I-4, and 10 minutes from Celebration, the community designed and built by Disney. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby.

Universal Orlando Resort is about 21 minutes away, and Sea World about 19 minutes, traffic permitting. Kennedy Space Center at Cape Canaveral is just over an hour away. In the other direction, Clearwater Beach is about an hour and a half drive.

There are several golf courses within easy reach, including Mystic Dunes, a 72-par public course designed by Champions Tour Player and NBC Golf Analyst Gary Koch. It’s literally a five minute walk away. Legends course at Orange Lake (5 minute drive) and the beautiful course at Celebration (15 minute drive) are also nearby.

Early check in and late check out may be available for an additional fee if the home allows. Please ask for further details.

* We take a 25% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If you are planning to stay within the next 30 days then full payment will be due at the time of booking to secure the home.

* Guests are not required to check in at our office in Celebration. You will be going straight to the property on arrival, and using a unique access code to gain entry. Your arrival pack, sent 3-5 days prior to arrival will have all this information, as well as the address, directions, and internet password for the property.

* Like all vacation homes our homes are classed as self catering accommodation. We do provide starter supplies of soap, toilet tissue, shampoo, detergent and dishwasher tablets, but guests are expected to replenish them during their stay.
