Tivemos problemas com a banheira do quarto que estava entupida, com s geladeira que estava c problemas e não fazia gelo, lâmpada queimada do abajur do quarto e do banheiro, e carpete de 1 dos quartos da suite que estava sujo. E por último tive a necessidade de ficar 2 horas a mais do checkout por conta do atraso do voo para Brasil e infelizmente mesmo estando o imóvel livre de hóspede , minha solicitação não foi aceita.

For the most part excellent but we did have a couple issues that never did get taken care of so communication with anyone to help was horrible at best. We left the unit cleaner than we got it for sure. The carpeting was filthy at best

We had a nice stay although we had wifi problems but overall enjoyed the kitchen the most for cooking.

House is nice, but not enough towels and tissue for the duration of your stay. Could clean floor better. Hair everywhere,but other than that great stay.
