This best place to stay when visiting Disney / Universal!
This house was everything and more than expected. I am never sure what to expect when going on line to find a vacation home. This on is exceptional. Location: We were 15 to 20 minutes from Disney depending on traffic. There is a Publix every 2 miles for shopping. There were also plenty of restaurants should you not be in the mood to cook. The neighborhood: Quite, clean and really friendly neighbors. We met a couple when we were out walking puppy. The house: It is a typical 90's house inside BUT who cares? It was exceptionally clean, well furnished - the beds were so comfortable. There were 2 coffee machines. Plenty of clean towels in the rooms. I wish we would have had time to use the bikes in the garage. The pool was the perfect size to sit in after parking it all day long. The only problem we had were the red ants in the yard - my nephew is allergic - but it's Florida you can't avoid the critters just need to be a bit wary of them. I have recommended this house to others and would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone looking for a place. The price is perfect and the owner is very responsive to any of your questions or needs.

The house is a good size and having 3baths is great.The house is pretty much out dated. The kitchen needs a restock of pot & pans, no can opener at all. The pool heater did not work, but they refunded our money no problem. There is a problem with the sockets throughout the house, so don't think your charging your electronics. The lighting in the two master bedrooms is terrible, and no ceiling fans. I would still stay here because it is good for the money and size. No air-conditioning in garage/play room.

Property was nice and clean. Contact with owner was excellent and easy. I would recommend this property for a great location for family vacation. Only suggestion is ceiling fans in every room, the temperatures were hard to regulate with AC at 72 and box fans. The game room was not climate controlled and machines were in disrepair.

We have immediately taken all the necessary measures to remedy the shortcomings you have pointed out. In particular, we have had the house thoroughly cleaned. We have replaced the bedding and sofas and new pillows, and had any malfunctioning equipment checked. We have completed the kitchen equipment. Disappointed Disney Stay
Stayed at the house from Apr. 23-30 2022. House was dirty. Plumbing in the main bath loose from wall. All beds needed new mattresses, broken down and noisy. Pool was dirty. Patio furniture was PVC pipe loungers old and moldy. Couches in living room broken down, pretty much setting on floor. Game room in garage, bikes broken couldn't ride, pool table missing cue balls, pockets in pool table had holes balls always fell on floor. Ceiling fan in red bedroom wabbled and light didn't work. No light in microwave or under at stove. All registers dirty. House needs updated inside and out. Very neglected.

Not as advertised
This property is not as advertised. I am a long time VRBO user and perhaps I became over confident in the condition of VRBO homes. I will not make that mistake again. One piece of advise… read ALL the reviews. You don’t even have to take my word for it but you will see numerous complaints about the exact same things. Upon driving up to the property you’ll notice the landscape is not well kept. The house itself is not maintained well. The home is dimly lit with many lights not working. The kitchen and bathrooms have not been upgraded in quite some time. On the day of our trip I was notified that the pool heater which I paid for broke. They refunded my money however upon further investigation, this was a complaint over a year ago. I assume they were quite aware it didn’t work at the time of my booking. Having a heated pool in spring is a necessity if you plan on using it. Which was a primary reason I booked this property. Although they refunded the money for the heat, I believe the I deserve an additional portion of my money back for false advertising. The game room is a joke. The pool table is missing balls, the air hockey doesn’t work and the foozeball table is so wobbly we were afraid it would break. I noticed the home owners that the toilet was leaking then noticed that they were notified more than 9 months ago. The beds are not comfortable and are extremely noisy, which you’ll also read in a previous review. If your purpose in renting this house is merely a place to sleep, it would be fine but if plan on spending anytime in it. Look elsewhere. VRBO should investigate this property and remove it from listing.

This home has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, a full kitchen, a living room, and a pool. It was nice and clean with plenty of room for visiting with family and friends. Some of the furniture is getting worn but it was generally very comfortable. Would definitely consider staying here in the future.

House was not clean. No real security. The sliding glass door to the pool did not lock. Items were left in the pool (goggles, butter knife, and a floating device). The light in the pool did not work. If you decide to stay please make sure to wash the sheets and comforters (strains). We found someone's wallet under the mattress. We had to purchase pillows due to stains and being flat. The dryer doesn’t work probably it only runs on the timer side. We noticed roaches as well. If we had another option, we would've stayed somewhere. Never again. I wish we could get our money back.

Wonderful weekend getaway!
This was our 1st time renting a house vs hotel and it was amazing. The house had everything we needed. The location and neighborhood was great. Privacy was perfect if that’s what you’re looking for. The layout and size of the house was great. Enough room for us to all gather together yet also enough when we wanted to space out and unwind. We definitely plan to book again on our next trip to the area. The Host was responsive when I needed to reach them. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with our family.

Failure to meet expectations
This home was more than adequate for the six of us with: 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, large kitchen, dining and living rooms, a private pool and a game room. Unfortunately it deserves a low rating. Frankly, we think we deserve a full refund if not a sizeable portion of our fee refunded. Were this family of six likely to find a place at the last moment we would have left the first day. This home fails to meet even the most modest of our expectations. It left us wondering whether we were deceived or duped. In our opinion it is not worthy of a second stay and/or a recommendation to family and friends. Isn’t that what the business is all about? Let’s hope VRBO is listening. We arrived to find the place dimly lit with lamps that couldn’t even be described as Goodwill finds. We had to plug and unplug some of them to use them. Some Light switches serve little purpose or connection to light sources. The owner did replace the bulbs but by then the mood had turned dark; pun intended. The ceiling fan was wobbly and a toilet leaked: pots, pans dinnerware and utensils were sparing, cheap and in desperate need of being replaced. There were issues with the TV's and some remotes could only switch the channels backwards one at a time. The screen doors in the pool area were barely functional. The bugs and the cleaning person took the week off otherwise we were vulnerable to attack through unrepaired screen openings. By the way we have a stack of pictures of our not-so-great adventure. The oven that was dirty and didn’t even work, yet we faced a $50 charge if we didn't clean it when leaving. The propane grill was filthy and disgusting. The buildup is likely years old. The crud and the rust all over the heating element posed a danger to life and limb. Had the owner advertised that there was a serious risk to life if we used the grill we certainly would not have rented it. Still they boasted of having a grill in their instruction manual though...“gas isn’t included...and we don’t check it….(leave)the grill as clean as you found it...if we have to clean it a $50 charge will apply”. We hope that VRBO will respond accordingly. Such homes should not be remotely representative of the VRBO inventory. That they wouldn't bother to spend some energy and a little money into making the vacationer’s stay the best is telling. Frankly, VRBO needs to screen their clients better if they or the owners in this case, are going to prosper in the business of EXPECTATIONS.

Unfortunately there are too many complaints. Upon walking into the home it smelled like mildew and unclean. one of the master bedrooms smelled like urine. Toilet leaking in one of the master bathrooms, Lanai had many holes easy for bugs to get in. AC did not work properly in one of the master bedroom. The carpets had stains as well as the bed sheets in the kids bedroom like they were not washed. Dog feces were left near the plants. Bugs in The kids bathroom. Did not sleep much and did not use the pool.The best thing about the property was the location and how quiet it was.

The long drive was well worth the vacation we had and the property added to it. Very quiet neighborhood but with ease of access to stores and restaurants. Entire family enjoyed the house.

I wish I could give this house five stars but the house had a lot of problems. House was beautiful and very clean, and the house it’s so close to Disney World. Bathrooms had a lot of extra towels and rooms had a lot of extra bed sheets as well. In the kitchen there were so many plates , glasses and cups that you could use even pans and coffee makers. But there were just so many bad things about the house as well… the pool was a very dirty, The sinks of all the bathrooms were very rusty, the water of the shower that was located in between the two kids rooms was either too hot or too cold. Also the beds of the two kids rooms were very noisy when you moved and we even found a few roaches on the beds and all over the house too . The TVs were also very complicated to turn on batteries didn’t work well so we had to buy new ones. The dishwasher door didn’t close and the hockey table at the garage didn’t work either.

Great Place!
We stayed for 10 days and everything went great! Check in and communications with Veronica were smooth and easy. House was exactly as listed. A few things could do with some upgrades but honestly that had really no impact on our stay. The. Ed’s were comfortable, the AC was good, and the pool was awesome! The two biggest suggestions I would make would be to fix the pool light to allow for better night swimming and somehow climate control the game room garage because in the summer it is not reallly usable. We also brought our 3 dogs with us and they loved the house but there were a couple holes in the fence that we had to watch our small ones close on. Great location for Disney, beach, lakes, and other activities. We were able to bring our boat with us which was a huge win as many HOA’s in the area do not allow that. Overall good stay and would recommend and stay again! Thanks!

Home has bugs, ant in kitchen and master bath and a friend had bugs in her bed the last day. Ceiling vents are filthy black, not sure if dirt or mold. Dishwasher doesn’t latch therefore have to hand was. No laundry soap and they asked you start a load of laundry on departure. Mold on bottom of shower curtains. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Instead of replacing ceiling fans the owner placed metal plates, the only fan was in one of the masters. Ceiling fans help circulate air reducing the cost of air conditioning. We found 3 cock roaches and ants in the home. Also ant hills all over the back patio/pool area. Plenty of cook wear, but could use more glasses and silverware. Not enough wash clothes either. Sheets need to be replaced. The king sheets in both masters wouldn’t stay on the bed. Light bulbs were burned out in the kitchen and the garage where the washer and dryer were located. My husband changed the garage light bulb. Poor internet speed also. No drain plugs in the master sinks and rust spots in the sinks. The back sliding door did not lock. We used a broom handle to wedge in the slider to prevent intrusion at night and when we left for the day. Great location to parks. My husband and I owned a vacation rental in clermont. This home made me wish I didn’t sell it.

Overall a good experience at this property. House was spacious, pool was great, location was good and management was very accommodating. The kitchen was lacking some basic utensils such as can opener, measuring spoons, etc. Probably not as much of an issue for short stays. The carpet could use a good cleaning, or, better yet, replaced.

The location was great. Nice neighborhood. One bathroom didn’t work well and it was very dark when we first arrived. The cleaning could be better. We washed the master sheets because they smelled like wet dog. We enjoyed our stay and just cleaned up before and after our stay (sanitized bathrooms, washed linens, cleaned counters etc..) The house is nice and spacious but attention to detail could make for a more welcoming experience. We had to find bulbs and put in a couple of lamps. We arrived at night and it was hard to see to open the door.
