Fantastic Stay

The Host Brenda and her son Jim are great to work with. The home is well furnished and supplied with everything you'll need for a home away from home. Great heated pool. And well located to all the places you'll want to visit. Will plan to return again.

Sweet little place

We were pleasantly surprised when we walked through the door. The home is very charming, was very clean and had everything we needed. The home is beautifully decorated and there were supplies if you forgot to bring something along. While we didn't need anything it was a very nice gesture. The salt water pool was very relaxing. Would stay here again if in the area.

The house was great and well stocked. Jim took very good care of us. A part went out in the pool, but Jim manually did chemicals until a replacement part became available, so we didn’t miss a day of swimming. The heated pool felt wonderful, even on cool days.

Perfect get away

2nd visit

We enjoyed the location very much. We find this home to be quite relaxing. Fully furnished kitchen. The best of the experience was sitting by and swimming in the pool. Love the citrus trees.

Disney Vacation

Perfect family vacation!

We all had a wonderful time and was able to actually enjoy ourselves to the fullest by staying here!! Close to all the stuff for kids and 2 hr drive to a few beaches. We will definitely be looking into staying here again and recommend it to anyine else wanting a quiet, fun, relaxing spot for a vacation.

Great New Place

1st time at this property and couldn't be happier. Home was so comfortable, quiet neighborhood, plenty of towels & dishes. Very convenient to Disney & other attractions and only 50 min. to UCF campus where we did a self tour. Will definitely stay again!

Orlando Spring Break

The property was clean and as pictured. We enjoyed the home, the pool and the proximity to all the different activities in Orlando and were even able to take a day trip to Busch Gardens in Tampa.

Perfect again

This was our second time staying at this property and I will definitely stay again. The location is great. It’s near several food options and shopping. We always get the pool heated but it was great to soak in, particularly after a long day at Disney. We love the layout of the house and the master bedroom bed is the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Communication with the owner is so easy, she is always so nice. We love staying here. Thank you so much for a great stay!

Best thing is great, friendly nature of the property owner and their son. Can’t forget Santa trip to home and my daughter still remember it.. Best property and great people. Keep it up. I already recommended to one of my friend in California. They were planning to visit Florida in Feb. Thank you !

Beautiful Home, great location

We loved our stay in this beautiful home very much. Very comfortable. Brenda and Jim are great hosts and have thought of everything you could possibly need for a great vacation. The location is perfect for the Orlando area theme parks and so many great golf courses near by. Also a very easy ride to the Tampa area. We really enjoyed relaxing by the pool and the tropical setting.

We had a wonderful stay!

Our experience was excellent. The home far exceeded our expectations. The entire process was easy and reassuring. We loved getting to stay and enjoy the pool and home when we weren’t running around to the various parks in Orlando. Disney was just a 15 minute drive away. We would recommend this property and stay again!

Quiet getaway

The unit was clean and well furnished with everything we needed. The pool was lovely. The lanai was private and over looks an open space. We enjoyed watching the birds, squirrels, and little lizards.
