Wonderful Family Vacation

Between great and outstanding, the house was excellent, only complaint was that the AC didn't work in the upstairs bedrooms and the small one downstairs. Very spacious and pool was nice. Golfing and Water Park were really nice also.

Awesome

This was a great property. More then plenty of space for 8 grown men for 4 days. Very clean excellent view of the course. Would definitely rent again. The resort is great too. We've been going here for 4 years and will continue our annual guys golf trip for many more years. Thanks

Weathered but large space

Location was great. Everything worked as expected. It’s obviously been a rental for a while as most furnishings etc were getting worn. Very large space and rooms.

Everything was beautiful. When we had a few issues with televisions they came out right away.

This house is beautiful!!! It has everything you need. Staff was very professional. When I emailed or called they responded right away. I give it 5 stars for everything. Only issue we has was the projection TV in the theater room. Other than that it was Amazing!!!

Annual Golf Trip

All in all, a good trip. Check-in was easy and quick. The house was very spacious with plenty of room for eating, sleeping and entertaining. Unfortunately the house is quite “worn”. The bedrooms were fine but the living areas were in desperate need of a paint job and updating. The main freezer was non-functional and the furniture in the living area was very worn out. With that said, the house is very large and sleeping arrangements were good. A good paint job and new living room furniture would change the rating dramatically. Enjoyed our stay.

Great property, bad listing

After reading the listing it said all inclusive and there were no extras. Unfortunately when we got there they told us the pool heater was extra, in March?, also they could not turn it on for 3 days and that it wasn’t worth it. And by the way they wanted 75 dollars a day after we spent close to 5800 dollars for a 5 night stay. We couldn’t even get a number through VRBO and the Reunion resort really did not help since we rented it through VRBO and not through Reunion resort.

Disappointing

I was extremely disappointed in the property. The outdoor furniture looked like it had been bought from a second hand store. It was shredded in places, dirty and just downright disgraceful. A pipe was leaking outside, and upon arriving two toilets were backed up, the refrigerator was in the dining room. It was not worth the money I paid to stay there.

Homestead Palm

this is our second time staying at Homestead Palm and though we had experienced issues our first time, thought we would try again. Sad to say it still had many problems. Last time the microwave didnt work so we were given an old (dirty) portable to use. This time the Freezer didnt work so they parked a second refrigerator in the living room! the wifi was non-existant. Even though it said we were connected, no one could get online and we all had to use our phones as hot spots. Since many of us needed to connect with work, this was an issue. The patio had a new pool fence installed and it was clear the workers had finished within a day or so of our arrival - dirt and sand from drilling the poles was all over the patio. There was new patio furniture (nice!) however it was sadly way too small for a house this size. There are 7 bedrooms, if you think perhaps 1.5 people to a room on average that is at least 10 people. This small table could fit 6. The old table, though falling apart, at least fit more people. We wont be returning.

Disappointed

Hot water didn't work for 2 days. Pool alarm beeped all night one night, paid for the pool to be heated and it wasn't even warm. Wouldn't stay at this property again

Great!

Freezer did not work and no corkscrew. Took a few calls to go those fixed but they were. Other than that the house was great. Outdoor furniture a little worn out as well

This house was amazing! We had a group of twelve . The entire property was clean the staff was extremely attentive to our request. We would absolutely visit the property again. Thanks Reunion Resort Team. Damita

Great property. So much fun BEAUTIFUL HOME

Our only complaints are these: upstairs AC does not work very well. Everyone complained of being hot. There was a huge cockroach in one of the bathrooms. But for the most part it is a great house. We had so much fun!!!
