We stayed at this property at The Fountains of Championsgate for 15 days in July 2025. The Management company, VillaKey were very quick to respond to any queries we had throughout our stay. They also provided more basic essentials than other properties we have stayed at. The property itself is modern and very spacious with a nice decor. As a family of four we like our space and there was plenty. The air-conditioning was very welcome after a long day out in the Florida sun. There was a good supply of quality towels and the kitchen was stocked with plenty of utensils, crockery and pots/pans should you wish to cook at home. The Fountains resort isn't too large so there aren't a lot of cars coming and going or problems with people parking on the road. The resort is passcode gated so you feel safe. The property is in a great location in Championsgate with a Publix supermarket around the corner and plenty of restaurants and fast food outlets. You can even walk to the Seven Eleven, Millers and Chillis in less than 5 minutes. The resort itself is very well maintained with a community pool and clubhouse which were excellent. The pool was very large, clean and with plenty of sunloungers. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend staying here.

Just Updated Charming Villa, walk to Championsgate

Perfect location for us. The listing was 100% spot on accurate. The property managers were SUPER communicative and helpful!! It was just me and my wife and we had plenty of linens, plenty of silverware, plates, bowls, pots, pans - everything needed. All in all a great stay. Would be super happy to rent again when we're in the Championsgate area.

We've been snowbirds for years and this was by far the cleanest home we've rented. Max and VillaKey were extremely courteous and professional and saw to minor repairs within hours. We'd be happy to stay in a VillaKey home in the future.

Perfect stay for a Disney Family Vacation

This property is in a great location to parks and attractions, grocery stores, and restaurants. The unit can accommodate up to 8 comfortably and is well kept, and the host is very responsive! We enjoyed our family vacation.

Perfect accommodation for us!

We had a great stay at this property. It was clean, ideal location and we truly enjoyed it. We went to Disney and Universal and they were about 16/20 mins from here. Once we left the hussle and bussle of the parks it was a perfect retreat. There was a grocery store 2 mins away and plenty of eat out options in the area too. I would highly recommend this property.

Perfect quiet homebase after theme parks!

Perfect close location to get to all of the theme parks, it’s a nice quiet community with a nice pool for lounging. We enjoyed every other day, relaxing in between theme parks by the pool. The only downside I would say, is there really isn’t any property manager on site to deal with issues. Like one day we went to the pool and it said it was closed because it was having a pump problem. Luckily, several people staying contacted their host, who intern were able to get somebody out to fix it promptly. Max was easy to contact, always replied promptly. The house was exactly as pictured was clean, and the kitchen had everything that we needed the refrigerator, especially was clean, which isn’t always the case. It also has a very nice pantry, which was great for storing groceries, etc. one downside I felt was that there were no towels provided for the pool, like beach towels we had to purchase those, so if you book this property, I would pack a couple. I would rent this property again in a heartbeat.

Perfect stay in Orlando area

This place was amazing! The unit is just as described: very clean, comfortable beds, plenty of space and well stocked. We stayed here with my parents and my 17-year old son while visiting Disney and Universal Studios. We were close to everything yet far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet in the evenings. The hot tub and pool was a perfect place to relax each day after walking the parks. The area is very nice, safe and convenient. The owners checked in with us regularly to make sure we had everything we need and that the villa was good. We had travel issues and the owners were very flexible. I would definitely stay here again when traveling back to the Orlando area.

We notify management about HVAC, fan doesn't stop at all. So it was extremely cold during night time or extremely hot. They never sent a technician to fix it.

Great condo, great location

This condo was clean and comfortable and within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Good neighborhood. Had a minor problem with a TV. Max responded quickly and got it fixed. Would definitely stay again.

Great Location.

There was an event at the Omni hotel and this property was a perfect place to stay. Walk to everything we needed, plenty of room in the townhouse for the three of us. Max was quick with any response when I had questions. The pool area was outstanding as well. We’d stay there again if the situation comes up again.

Spring break family trip 2021

Nice property but needs a few updates

Arrived at night and couldn’t find the lockbox to gain entry. After 15 mins or so, we found it located in the top left inner door frame. If the outdoor light had been left on, perhaps we could have found it sooner. Made a phone call to their answering service to try to find out where the lockbox was located and they never called us back. Thank goodness we found it. The coffee maker was old and did not make hot coffee. Might consider replacing with a Keurig.. Having a garage clicker for our use would have been helpful. TV’s were small and older. Thank goodness we didn’t need the AC for the entire trip because it was so loud coming out of the vents. It was loud enough that it kept us awake until 3am the first night until we turned it off at the breaker because we couldn’t find the thermostat. Pros were that it was spacious, clean, had modern kitchen and bathrooms. Overall nice house and fit the bill.
