House was very nice plenty of room. And also very clean for what it was could use a little paint and a little more amenities but overall was a great place and we had a nice time.!!!

Overall the stay was great. The house is incredible and the pricing was very reasonable. The only issues we had were that the pool never got warm and we had trouble at the gate, getting into the community, every time we pulled up. The printed bar code scanner, didn't work. We always ended up getting in, as we would just hit a button to dial up the security office and get buzzed in, but it was inconvenient. Again, overall, I would rate this very high and would come back for sure.

The house was clean and the entertainment pieces all working well. Furniture and decor are dated, not quite as neat as in pictures.

After booking my address on my booking didn't match the address on my license due to a recent move. They asked for a copy of my Utility bill to verify. I sent in the requested information which verified ALL THEY NEEDED. My name , and the new address matched!!! They canceled the day before my stay ruining my kids trip to Disney!!! I asked the host why and he blamed VRBO safety. I called VRBO and they blamed the host.They didn't give any other reason other than the address mismatch which was verified through the additional information that they requested (UTILITY BILL) They took my money and held it for 4-5 business days even after I sent what they asked for to verify my identity. They profiled me!!! Because why ask for this additional information that verifies/confirms what your asking for and then deny the booking the night before my stay. Sadly they didn't read my previous reviews from previos host. I've always been a good tenant!! Your loss‼‼

WiFi not strong; But, VERY Large

The house is in a neighborhood nearby woods. So, expect racoons get into the trash if you do not latch it closed. As is the case with all VRBOs, you can't choose your neighbor. The next door neighbors were sketchy; but, there were no problems. The rating is based on the overall temperature and roominess of the house. The kids enjoyed the game room and pod beds with individual fans. Only a few of the rooms had temperature issues. So, I am glad the house had a standup few fans. There is one towel per pillow. I recommend that you bring a few bath and pool towels. The pool towels provided in the house are not worth the cost if you lose one at the water park. The water park is really nice; but crowded. The WiFi was not strong.

The house is quite large, but the couches appear to be of lower quality, unlike those pictured in the description. While different couches would have been acceptable, these were too small and fragile. However, the most significant problem was the unreliable internet service and the unresponsive management company.

Best vacation ever

I have been going to Disney world every year for the last 15 years and let me tell you this house has been the best ever, perfect location, very nice house all the way around. Definitely coming back to this property. My kids love the house amenities.

Wonderful spot to stay with family!

House was very clean and very welcoming. Communication with management was A+. We had an issue with the pool not heating properly and the theater room not wanting to play movies, but a quick message to management and it was looked into that day. Pictures were not exact, but very similar to home details. And cell service will not work unless you have WiFi password. But we had a blast for our Disney adventure for my daughters birthday celebration.

Great location, ok house

We enjoyed the location of the house - very close to target, Walmart etc as well as the theme parks. And the pool was pretty private as far as houses in subdivisions go. This was our second time staying in this subdivision and we had specifically chose it and this house because of the proximity to shingle creek park. The location that showed on the VRBO map was pretty far from the actual location - so if that is important to you keep in mind that it’s not always accurate. Also the house was not the one that was shown in the photos of the Vrbo listing. It was similar but not the same. So if you’re booking hoping for the specifics in the photos - they will not match. We also did not realize until the day before that check in is not until 5pm which felt very late to us. The house was relatively clean - definitely not spotless - however the pool was really dirty. They did send someone to clean it promptly when we mentioned it though. The dryer was broken when we arrived. They did send someone the next day to fix it but they had to order parts and it was broken for our whole stay. They did have a second dryer on the main floor but it did not work well (took 2.5 - 3 hours to dry a load of towels). Most of the equipment in the theatre room didn’t work (no batteries, incorrect cords etc). Overall it was just very ok - especially for the price. Nothing awful enough to completely ruin our stay but definitely not a house we’d return to (we rent at least one house a year).

The house was huge. Great price. Awesome neighborhood. Very close to target. The property managers were very attentive to any problems that arose would definitely stay again.

Big House. Great for large groups.

The house was great. Big enough for 3 families of 4 plus grand parents. The neighborhood was a little suspect though. Good location for Disney though. Close to Target for grocery shopping.
