As you cross the threshold, a symphony of elegance and relaxation unfolds before your eyes. Upon arrival, the enchantment continues as you are greeted by the warm embrace of an open living room. Sink into plush seating, bask in the natural light cascading through the windows, and relish in the shared moments that make vacations truly unforgettable.
Indulge in the allure of the ground floor, where a Queen-size bed invites you to unwind and embrace tranquility. Ascend the stairs to discover a captivating room adorned with a lavish King-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom, offering a sanctuary for ultimate rejuvenation.

Venture further to uncover the third and fourth bedrooms, each adorned with a cozy Twin bed and twin bunk beds. These delightful spaces cater to both comfort and adventure, creating an atmosphere where dreams come alive.

Take a dip in the large screened pool or lounge on one of many chairs soaking up the Florida sun.

Want to check-in early or have a late checkout? Let us know two days in advance, and for an additional fee, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Pool heating is available for $70 every five days, and if your property has a grill, please note there is a cleaning fee of $29.95. We provide a washer and dryer for your convenience but kindly ask that you bring your own detergents.

We know that pets are an important part of your family, and we're pleased to offer pet-friendly accommodations for your furry friends. Please note that there is a fee of $250 for damages caused by pets, and we kindly ask that you keep your pets off the furniture during your stay.

Guest booking must be 21 years of age or older.
We offer our guests access to a variety of amenities at The Oasis Clubhouse. Take a dip in the lazy river, work out at the gym, or challenge your family and friends to a game in the arcade. You can also lounge by the pool and enjoy the Florida sunshine. The Oasis Clubhouse is open from 9 am to 9 pm daily.

Week getaway

The house was nice and checking in was super easy. No real issues during our stay. I wasnt thrilled with the neighbors that smoked pot all day and all night so any time were were outside that is all you could smell. The house was nice and the kids had a blast in the heated pool.

Forced to leave due circumstances

We arrived on 10/07 evenings, just with hurricane Milton, we couldn’t complete our stay due circumstances. Property was clean, but carpet left a bad odor on our socks and shoes, Patio chairs were at the living room, I assume due hurricane. Neighbors don’t follow the same rules as guests, they play at the pool late night, neighbor across street had very loud music until 3 am. One neighbor went out with 4 dogs, and she couldn’t handle all at the same time, I was outside with my dog. and was a scary moment. Amenities are too far away from the unit, and with not gasoline due the hurricane we couldn’t waste gas. No water, bread and basic things at the nearest supermarket, not gas, so we had to leave the property after 48 hours. We left very sad, but for the best of our children.

Awesome for what we needed

We were students in Sarasota being evacuated off campus for Hurricane Helene and it was quick and easy to book this house! The accommodations were amazing and there was a ton of space to do activities and homework with my friends. It was a bit confusing to get into the gate systems but we figured it out eventually. The only sneaky thing was the price was very affordable for us as student but there were over $300 of cleaning and "processing" fees that were tacked on that was not on the listing. Still a great place though, would come back again if I made more money.

Fun Family Weekend

We visited Universal and Disney for the weekend. Location is okay. Traffic is bad. Great property. Bring laundry soap as they don’t have any.

Nice property, had all that we needed. 35 mins drive to Universal. Resort pool was vibrant and fun. If staying on a holiday weekend, expect a little noise - was just memorial day eve that was a bit noisy which is ok. Would pick a detached property next time but other than that this place was perfect.

Family Disney trip

Overall this property was in a good location and the amenities were very nice. Check in and check out was very easy. However, there was a horrendous smell noted in the upstairs guest bathroom and one of the bedrooms. We had to clean the walls and floor of the bathroom upon our arrival. There was also sand in the master bed upon arrival. We took photos and notified the management company. They apologized and said it was noted in their records. However, no one offered to come correct the issues. Also, there is a door upstairs at the end of the hall that connects it to another unit. It was a locked interior door, but it was unnerving. There were 10 of us that stayed at this property and the size was perfect for what we needed and it was well stocked. Overall a nice property, the only issues were the cleanliness.

Great house, everything we needed. Far from amenity center.

Our stay was great. Comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Check in was a breeze and they were great with communicating. The neighborhood did get a bit loud at night, but that’s due to the larger houses next to us and the amount of people they sleep. Trash was picked up every day at the front door, and which was super easy. The private pool was a great addition, considering we found out the resort style amenity center was a 12 minute drive. They were super strict about outside food and beverages. We weren’t even allowed to bring in outside water bottles. For the price, it was great and you could tell it was pretty new.

There was trash left from the other occupants left out front and wasn’t picked up until we left

There was no address to the actual house anywhere on an email. There were no towels present initially in the home when we got there but Maxwell was awesome. I was promised a 10% refund and haven’t gotten anything. I was double booked initially and almost triple booked. Very unprofessional (besides Maxwell) and will definitely discourage anyone staying with y’all if I don’t get my 10% refunded to me as promised in an email. Definitely less than 1 star if I could be honest. But again, Maxwell gave every effort he could to help before his days off. I need someone to get me my refund
