This is a family own property. It has four rooms, a private pool, backyard and a kids playground.
The villa offer a south facing private pool, to maximize the sun exposure, after all Florida is the sunshine state. AS well there is a covered area with patio furniture, so you can take a break from the sun, organize a meal outside or still enjoy the warm weather on the occasional rainy days.
Each of the rooms is well equipped and ready to be used.
The princess and pirates rooms will help you and your kids to live a Magical Experience.
The beautiful Master Room could lead you to Paris where you can relax.
This beautiful house offers parking for 2 cars ONLY.

This would be a perfect location for a family or even two to stay with young children. In a decent neighborhood and it has pool, game room, playground, etc. Excellent communication with owner. Very accessible.

Not great nice but pool table not ok grill all broken and dirty garage were the pool table is dusty cant use the closet from downstairs bedroom cant use showers from upstairs leaks downstairs and poor kids would take the blame really disappointed

It was everything pictured in the listing. The property owner went above and beyond to make sure the house was up to what was expected. The renters before us did not leave the house in good shape, the owner made sure we had brand new sheets to sleep on and the housekeeper worked hard to get the house back in order before we checked in.

We absolutely love this house. It’s our 2nd time back and hopefully we’ll be back next year. Everything is so comfortable, from the beds to the living area, the pool area. Adriana is absolutely the best host. She always responds immediately and happily to any questions or concerns. The location is perfect. 20-30 minutes to the attractions with none of the traffic of route 4. Everything is easy and convenient and Adriana strives to make your vacation worry free and relaxing. Thank you!!!!!!!

We spent 9 nights at this property. It was good, kids enjoyed the pool, play structure and game room. The blender had quit and we got a hold if Adriana and within 2 hours a blender replacement had been delivered. Would recommend!

I recently traveled to the Orlando area with 27 friends for a golf vacation. I rented 4 houses through VRBO. All the guys who stayed at Adriana's house were thoroughly impressed with the accommodations. We are already planning a return visit for next year.

House was smaller than advertised. The house wasn’t as clean as I would like. Many Stains throughout. Also it apparent is standard to set a limit in the air conditioner temperature! We are paying for the house and can not adjust the temperature to our comfort, we had to communicate with house manager to adjust temperature. That’s a little rediculous.

This home was awesome and my family and I loved our stay and Adrianna was great. Her response time was amazing, literally in a minute or two replied back for whatever assistance needed. Not that much was needed. Home very welcoming and clean and themes were just the added touch to make this home more of one of a kind. Thank you for allowing my family and I to enjoy your home. A must vacation spot again!!!

My wife & I stayed for the whole month of February 2019. Our two children & their families visited during the first two weeks of February with two of our friends joining us during the last two weeks. The house was clean, spacious & well stocked with cookware, dishes, cutlery & even toys for the kids to play with. The location was great. 1/2 hr to Disney, Universal & Old Town, as well as close to shopping, restaurants & golf courses. Our grandchildren loved their themed rooms. The two boys enjoyed their 'pirate bedroom' & our granddaughter loved her 'princess room'. When we arrived back at the house from Disney the whole family enjoyed relaxing inside the screened in lanai & swimming in the pool. The children also enjoyed playing on the play set in the fenced in backyard. Adriana was a very pleasant accomodating host & responded quickly to our needs. Everyone had a fantastic holiday & we would definately stay here again.

We had a great time! A few hiccups with the pool heat and a couple of chilly days due to weather. Didn’t have access to thermostat, so a couple of cold mornings! Other than that, the place is clean and quiet!! We had no issues with noisy neighbours at all!! Yard and pool are great for the kids!! We would definitely stay here again. We rented in mid May for a family vacation. We were looking for something that would accommodate our whole family, that was close to Disney, had a pool, and was affordable. This fit all the criteria. Adriana was very pleasant and easy to work with. The house was nice and clean. We did spend most of our days away from the house at Disney, and it turned out to be the beginnings of one heck of a storm, so it rained every day and I’m sorry I can’t attest to anything about the pool or the yard because due to the weather we weren’t able to partake. :( The house did suite our purposes nicely. We were a bit nervous with a 2 year old because of the stairs, but there was a baby gate in the closet that we used for the base of the stairs, and because it gave us piece of mind, we put another one at the top, which we left behind for others to use. The bed downstairs was a little firm for our liking, but the others seemed quite comfortable. All in all, we had a good stay, despite the weather. Oh, and the dishwasher was working fine when we were there, so that must have gotten fixed in between tenants. It was a pleasure to have an accommodating host-we haven’t experienced that at all of our rentals so it goes a long way with us. Thanks, Adriana, if we get a chance to return, we will! Maybe it won’t be a tropical storm and we can try the pool!

Had a wonderful time visiting Orlando. Enjoyed this property; lots of space, nice pool and backyard. Our only hiccup was the dishwasher was broken for our entire stay and tv was a little challenging to operate. Otherwise nice location.

Our family of 5 stayed at this home for about 5 days. There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The interior of the home is very clean and well kept. There is plenty of dishware and utensils for nights where you decide to dine in. There is a small pool and playground in the backyard. The bottom of the pool could use a little cleaning as it felt quite sandy. the home is easy to locate as it is close to the Florida Turnpike and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The neighborhood is a bit busier than we have experienced with other rentals. There is a spanish restaurant nearby that plays loud music that can be heard through the walls of the house on certain nights. The master bathroom closet is not available for use which is a bummer if you bring clothes that need to be hung. All in all we had a pleasurable experience at this rental.

This was very nice rental! The house is so nicely decorated in Disney, as well as furnished well. The rooms were spacious. The master bedroom huge. Very clean. House is located within a gated community as well. Pool and kids play area was so nice to have also. Adriana was a pleasure to work with. Everything you need is here in this house. I would highly recommend it!

My family and I had a wonderful time here! Adriana was very accommodating with everything that I needed. She responded promptly, and was flexible with our flight schedule on arrival. The home was spacious and clean. The pool was great, and my kids and I enjoyed it very much! The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, with all stores being close by. Disney was 30 minutes away with morning traffic, otherwise we probably would of gotten there in in 20 minutes. Overall, we had a great experience here, and I would definitely book again in the future!!
