My family and I had a very good time. House met all of our expectations. I am a Vacasa employee and had to go through same process as everyone, booking was easy and fast, everything from the beginning was smooth and simple , house was clean and very spacious, we will do it again soon .

The house was fine. It definitely needs a deep clean and maybe a refresh. The couch in the living room only seats 3 when it has 5 bedrooms. Needs way more seating in the living room. Otherwise, great place for a Disney and Universal vacation.

The house was huge and we loved all the themed rooms. It was well kept and clean. There was plenty of space for 3 families. We didn’t want to leave for what we had planned. We wanted to stay and enjoy the house, pool, media room, and pool table. Numerous friends asked for the link.

The place was very clean and spacious. It is just like the pictures. We were in town for Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party, and we also went to Universal Studios one day. This place have everything you need, and also a bunch of extras. We will most likely try to stay here again on our next Orlando trip!

The movie room had to be our favorite part about this home ! I didn’t think it was going to be so great but it was ! We had a little issue but they fixed it right away and we were happy with the outcome! Recommend this home .

We loved the size of the house had plenty of space for all of us. We also enjoyed all the games available pool table, pinball. Was disappointed that all the darts were broken. The only other thing was the seating in the living room. There was only one couch and it was not enough for our family of 6 to sit.

We stayed here for two weeks and it was mostly perfect. The whole property is very spacious and the pool is gorgeous. Things to note - there are no drawers or wardrobes in the third bedroom (the queen) so we had to unpack onto the unoccupied bunk beds in the adjacent room. Wouldn’t be too hard to rectify this. A kettle would have been nice! Other than that, really nice well furnished property, about 30 minutes from WDW and about 45 from Universal

When we walked in the door, we found a big Christmas tree decorated for us! What a treat being away from home! Everything in the house was set up so well with each bedroom having access to a bathroom, the huge kitchen/dining area, the beautiful outdoor space by the pool, and the fun theatre room in the garage. The only thing that was a little hard was the parking as we had two vehicles and neighbors were always parked in front of the house. Most of the time it only took 20 mn to get to Disney World, barring any bad traffic. All in all, it was a perfect spot for our family!

Listed as 2 spots for parking, that was a complete nightmare & inaccurate. Screened in pool area has a decent size rip in the net along with a lot of bugs. The kitchen had little ants all over the counters, kitchen island and the floor. Theater room was pretty cool & the bedrooms/bathrooms were very nice.

There were a lot of things broke , the pool was dirty when we arrived, there was such a bad ant problem that we went and bought spray and traps ourselves to put out! The furniture is older especially the couch needs to be replaced. The maintenance man was the best there he did respond to our issue that we had and was very kind! I just feel the money that we paid there were a lot of updates that needed to be made.

Upon arriving it is clear that there are zero HOA or noise ordinances as described in the home description. Very busy/loud/run down neighborhood. There was an issue getting into the home using the keypad and also locking the front door. If you are checking in on Sunday be advised you have to take the last peoples trash out or will be fined 75. Pool was filthy, many broken things in home, and home was dirty. Visable dirty footprints on tile in bathrooms, etc. so bad we literally loaded our car back up and left within 4 hours. It took days and multiple back and forth with the vacasa rental company to properly get our refund. This home needs a lot of attention and tlc to make it what it seems in pictures and description. Very sad our family had to cancel our whole weeks worth of Disney parks we had reserved.

Everything was great. My wife got cut on a busted microwave door handle but other than that my kids enjoyed the pool and the theater and it was way bigger than a family of four needed but the privacy was nice.
