Birthday Blast

This house was comfortably spacious and clean. The property was absolutely stunning, with really cool amenities and accommodations. The waterpark was the highlight of our trip - it had slides, a lazy river, and even a wade pool for the little ones. The staff was incredibly friendly and readily available to assist with any questions or concerns. We had a blast splashing around in the pool and enjoying indoor activities at this house. If you're looking for a fun-filled, all-in-one getaway, I highly recommend this property at Solterra Resort. It's the perfect place to make unforgettable memories with family and friends.

Ants

The house was nice and very kid friendly. The house has a ant problem. Ants in every room and in the beds. Family members had ants crawling on them while trying to sleep. I contacted the company and no one ever reached out to fix the problem. So three nights of sleeping with ants. As well it’s horrible getting into the neighborhood. 10-15 min wait to get into the neighborhood because of the front gate. The location is not the best. This place is 20-40 mins away from anything due to traffic. If you do not plan on going anywhere this is a great stay as long as you bring bug spray.

Worst vacation house

Please don’t rent this house. It was a water leak and mildew in the first bedroom, the oven didn’t work, upstairs bedroom with the ice cream room the TV didn’t work. I make a total of 9 call with no response and courtesy. I also stated that I have health problems. They did not care. They did not offer me a mother house or a refund back. I also have the pic to verify what I’m saying. So please don’t worst your money renting this house.

Over budget

Well the house itself was beautiful. Oven was not working so that messed up dinner and our budget. The day of arrival dinner plans were to eat in but had to order out. Had brunch the next morning and with oven not working the cook had to make other arrangements. Dinner plan for Saturday also required using the oven but again had to order out plus had already purchased the food to cook. Asked if they could at least heat the pool for free to make up for that problem but they said no because the issue was never reported but I seen a review back in July 2023 stating the oven wasn’t working. The home don’t have any cleaning supplies or extra paper towels and tissue so make sure you bring your own
