Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, location, listing accuracy

Property is slightly different than photos suggest.

Overall, the property was the size we needed for our travel group. The photos shown are obviously from years ago. When we arrived the glass kitchen table was broken and missing. The microwave handle was broken and you can tell it was re-glued on. The living room couch is soiled all over. All chairs at the kitchen counter and dining table were stained and desperately needed cleaning. We went to the local Walmart and purchased drop cloth material to go over all chair’s before sitting on them. The carpet on the staircase is filthy, and should be cleaned. The character cut outs upstairs are nice, but the lighting around and behind them don’t work. The house does carry an oder. We wouldn’t come back to this property in the future nor would we suggest it to anyone else. It’s definitely a buyer beware.
