The poolside basketball hoop will provide hours of entertainment, and the attached hot tub will keep you outside into the evening, the perfect time for a soak. End the day gathered in the home’s upstairs loft where a large sectional couch and smart tv await for cozy movie nights. This home is a paradise for the entire family, not to mention the endless onsite amenities like the lazy river, sand volleyball courts, golf course, and more!
While visiting the beautiful Sunshine State, make use of the outdoor living space on the shaded lanai, complete with dining space and outdoor couches. The home’s modern design and high-end furnishings ensure that you’ll enjoy your time inside as well. The main living area has ample seating for guests to relax, while steps away the kitchen is fully equipped for preparing convenient meals at home.
This home sleeps 10 guests between 5 private bedrooms:
- Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, wall-in shower, and access directly outside to the lanai and pool.
- Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and walk-in shower.
- Bedroom #3 has a king size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower.
- Bedroom #4 features a classic Mickey Mouse theme, 2 twin size beds, and a tv.
- Bedroom #5 highlights a Minnie Mouse theme with 2 twin size beds and a tv.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $29 per night. Please contact our customer service after you have booked your stay for further payment.
- Please be advised that the pool heat is not included in your reservation cost. Charges for pool heat are non-refundable unless the heating system is experiencing issues. Pools need a minimum of 48 hours to heat properly. Pool heat is added for the whole stay or none of the stay. There is no partial pool heat allowed due to the high costs to bring up the temperature in the home.
Note: Please note that this is a hot tub not a therapeutic spa. The hot tub gets very warm but there is not a “bubbler” effect on this hot tub.
Cold fronts in the winter months (<60 degrees) can cause the electric pool equipment not to function; this does not constitute mechanical failure and refunds for pool heat will not be issued. Home with heat pumps can only pull heat from the ambient air, and generally only 15-20 degrees above ambient is the temp the pools can get to.
- Please be sure to message us with your full driving list - the Champions Gate community is VERY strict and will not admit you without being entered into the system.
- Please note that this home can accommodate up to 2 dogs, with an additional pet fee of $35.00 per pet per day. This fee is not included in your final booking price. If you are bringing dogs, please contact our Customer Care team after booking to pay the pet fee.
- A private grill can be rented for $95 for your stay up to one week depending on availability and subject to change. To request the use of a BBQ grill, please contact our customer service team few days prior to your check-in date. Please note that BBQ grill rental fees are non-refundable.
- Washer and dryer in unit.
- Parking space for 3 vehicles in the driveway.
- Trailers, RV's or boats are not allowed in the community.
- In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity in the community.
- Due to the high incidence of theft and damage, we do not provide wash cloths for bathing. If you need wash cloths, you will want to bring your own. However, bath towels and hand towels are provided.
This property is located in Champions Gate, a lavish 900-acre gated community boasting an 18-hole golf course, lazy river, full-service cabanas, tennis courts, movie theater, and so much more. Teeming with a plethora of wining and dining options, Champions Gate has everything from rustic tiki bars to fast food joints, all-you-can-eat buffets, and gourmet restaurants.
Many of Florida’s wildly popular theme parks are nearby and easily accessible to guests. Spend a day at Disney World (15 miles), observe exotic wildlife at Animal Kingdom (16 miles), and admire futuristic wonders at Epcot theme park (15 miles). Universal Studios is only 30 miles away — the world-famous, adrenaline pumping adventure park that needs no introduction.
