Great vacation home

We loved the house! It is large and clean and it is easy to get to all the parks and restaurants in the area. The kids loved the pool at the house and the larger pool + lazy river at the club house.

What a view, great location great house

Loved the house and the responsiveness of the management company, overall this was my favorite house i have ever stayed by in solterra and i have been here 5 times.

Excellent villa

This property was as listed and offered an amazing view of the Florida wildlife in the pond located behind the property. Overall excellent stay with lots of room and activities for everyone.

Great location

This property was in a great location and the view was nice from the pool deck. There was a gator who visited daily. The property could use some minor cosmetic work, such as a new coating of paint in some areas and a deep carpet cleaning. Other than that we had an amazing stay, and enjoyed the amount of space this property offered.

Great location. Poor bedding

Great house and location. Sheets had stains and were extremely poor quality. Beds were a joke. We woke up sore every morning. Sheets had black mold and blood stains. I complained and it was not addressed. We had maybe half toilet paper rolls in each bathroom upon arrival. Ran out of toilet paper second day and told we had to buy our own.
