Overall great - but drainage problem, no cable

was disappointed that there was no cable as advertised and for the amount of money spent, also tub had drainage issues and limited towels.

Very nice condo

We like the location. By the pool and lake. Beautiful furnishings, well taken care of. All the amenities we needed. We love the large bathroom. Only thing would be if we could add or use the foldout sofabed, just in case. I thought there was a barbecue grill on the patio, but there was not.

beautiful and roomy condo

This condo is perfect. There is so much space, and everything was perfectly clean. The beds and linens were good quality. Having a TV in each bedroom and the living room is nice. The porch was private and relaxing with a ceiling fan. It was wonderful having a room so close to the pool and hottub! It was a very short walk. Our stay could not have been any better!!

Great Property for a Great Price!

We have stayed at Vista Cay multiple times now and have not been disappointed. This is the first time staying at this property and we couldn't have been happier. I found no flaws in the property and would stay here again without hesitation. The proximity to the pool was perfect and the space in the property was perfect for the 3 of us. The place could easily host 6-8 people if you made use of the pullout and furniture in the living area. The bathrooms were huge and the kitchen was perfectly serviceable with all the utensils you'll need to make most meals. Publix is right around the bend and there are more than enough locations to eat meals if you choose to go out. All in all, perfect stay!!

Beautiful Place to Stay

Such a spacious condominium! And close to the pool for quick access. We loved the proximity to the amusement parks also. This would definitely be a place we would return to in the future.

Great place for the family

We have stayed in Vista Cay twice and love it. It was central to everything we wanted to do. We were moving my son into and then out of college, which made the gated community a nice feature, as we had our cars packed full! Would stay again.

Slightly Disappointed

We chose this unit because we could see pictures of sofas which had reclining chairs (4). None of them worked. The carpeting was very soiled and needed to be cleaned. Otherwise, it was a very nice condo.

Stayed here for the AKC National Championship and I was most impressed on all levels...very nice condo, great amenities, decorated superbly, all the comforts of home and short walk to Publix...what's not to love?

Great condo, great price

This is the second time we have stayed at Vista Cay and each time has been great. This particular unit was greatly appointed with anything you need during your stay. Beautiful condo and big but guess room's toilet didn't clean.

It was our first time staying at this condo. It was beautiful and very nice size for 2 families stay. It close to the Universal studios. When my friend went to her guess room's bathroom, there was a lot of urine stain still on the toilet seat. That made us disgusted.. Due to we had long hours drive and check in late at midnight. We were all very tired. My friend had to clean it quick to let her daughter to use the bathroom and rest. We called the front desk let him know what happened. And told him that we had to clean up on our own,. we couldn't wait until tomorrow... That's made us disappointed. My master bedroom in general everything fine but the shower area need to be more clean. There was stain on the tile floor and wall of the shower area. The cleaning team (house keeper) need be pay attention with that. Clean is more important than anything else..
