Terasse/Pool NORDSEITE, lauter Verkehrslärm

Wir waren 4 Senioren für 3 Wochen im Dez.24/Jan.25 in diesem Haus. Fall Sie nur Übernachten wollen (Themenparks, Shoppen) ist die Lage gut! Wollen Sie die Terrasse geniessen wollen, ist dies nur in den Sommermonaten zu empfehlen, da der gesamte Außenbereich zur Nordseite ausgerichtet ist (fast keine Sonne)! Nach Regen ist die gesamte Außenanlage inkl. Gartenmöbel naß und trocknen natürlich im Schatten sehr schlecht. Das Regenwasser steht vor der Terassentüre und mußextra weggeputzt werden.Wollen Sie die Küche benutzen, kaufen Sie erst mal bei Aldi etc. ein. Es fehlt leider alles! Salz- und Pfefferstreuer, Dosenöffner, sowie eine benutzbare Pfanne und Nudelsieb sollten Sie unbedingt gleich einkaufen. Ansonsten ist ausreichend Geschirr vorhanden (bis auf Gabeln, es sind nur 5 Stück vorhanden), die Elektrogeräte laufen gut!In en unteren Küchenschränken waren tote Kakerlaken, die Kochtöpfe waren verschmutzt. In den Handtüchern fanden wir schwarze lange Haare und Schmutz. Vorher unbedingt waschen! im Masterbad an der Decke Schimmel. In einer Schublade fanden wir fremde Damenunterwäsche!Die Fernseher sind nur benutzbar wenn man sich dafür anmeldet und extra eine Gebühr zahlt. Ständiger Verkehrslärm wegen 2 nahegelegenen Hauptstraßen.Fazit: Ubernachten für 2 - 3 Nächte ist OK!,Betten sind bequem! Aufenthalt für längere Zeit in den Wintermonaten ist nicht empfehlenswert (fast keine Sonne)! Verkehrslärm!

It’s a house with a nice pool! And a big yard good for the pups but that is all. Also if you are expecting the property manager to reply to you good luck. I spent two days cleaning the pool from small Ants/bugs and debri it was excessive you couldn’t get in without having bugs all on you their is not way someone prior to me rented this and swam in the pool. Other then that it was private no one bothers. FYI No BBQ girl

Management company not doing the right thing

Were told pool only serviced on Saturdays. Water level was low in pool. Left emails for mgmt Co. When I finally got someone in the phone they asked me to help them and fill it. Then when I stripped the bed the mattress was stained with a dark brown color. The owner probably has no idea the mgmt Co ignores customers or the bed was that disgusting. I'm sure the cleaning people contacted the management company

Reasonable but could use some work.

We appreciated the place. The location is super convenient and good. We felt safe always. The size of the place was comfortable. Everything worked, except we couldn't get our TV to work. Could be user error. The walk in closet was awesome. The pool was clean. It was clean enough, but some not so visible or touched places were pretty dirty, like on top of the cabinet doors. Main bathroom, and a fee other things, but that is typical. Nothing really too bad. The pool was great. The surround for pool enclosure has many openings. Our dog got out but the yard is secure, except a big dog could jump the back wall. The beds were comfy and we all slept well. The location was local to great shopping for whatever you need. About 6 miles from magic kingdom, but traffic makes it @ 20 minutes. It was adequately supplied.

9 day stay in Kissimmee

Started off with no information on check in until night before after contacting VRBO because property owner manager did not send email as promised and did not respond to email. Pro property and amenities as stated, great location , nice pool. Cons on arrival trail of ants in kitchen on counters from sink, beds are uncomfortable, you can feel the springs, so after unloading left to go to Walmart to buy vinegar to kill ants which worked, no ants rest of stay and mattress foam toppers, which helped very little, did not sleep well at all. All beds need better mattresses. Lawn not maintained watch out for sticky sticker weeds in yard . But everything else with house was nice, Internet and cable with garage to park in was nice.

Needs some work

The house needs some work! The plug ins in the bathroom did not work! The only way to let dogs out was through the pool area!
