Perfect getaway house

Big and roomy with enough privacy. 2 large living room areas for kids and adults to choose from. Pool is perfect size for young swimmers

Terrible pool situation

We booked home through Vacasa/Vrbo in Florida for family vacation Inside of the house was great , clean but the pool and deck was another story.The pool, hot tub were not clean , filters were not running . Door from the pool to the outside lawn was broken , one of the panels from the lanai was missing The main reason of booking the house was so the kids can enjoy the pool time but that never happenedI was in touch with Vacasa since we arrived and 5 days into our trip , still no resolution.Please if you can do not book your vacation rental with them And home owners please don’t list your house with them. In this case I am not even sure if the homeowners know we are having this issue or not - I don’t trust Vacasa to keep them informed Usually we have had great experience with Vrbo but this time around the experience was horrible
