The pool is cold. I asked about whether we should heat it prior to co. G & was td it would be warm bc of the summer heat. But the sun is not on it all day and it is t warm. It was dirty. Itrip said it would be cleaned the next day. It was not. They did clean it on my their normally scheduled day. The bath mats were All dirty--i washed them. The floors were not clean. Their was a . Checklist that pedro signed off on before we got there but pedro either is blind or needs glassesThe patio door needs to be repaired as it doesn't open easily.needglasses & they need to hire a new cl eaning compa y.
