I’m sorry to say that our stay at this condo was disappointing. The only reason I’m giving it two stars is because of the location to sporting event we were attending. The condo itself was dirty, unkept, and not well-maintained. The furniture was stained, several outlets were broken, and many details listed in the description were simply not accurate.The listing stated the condo was newly renovated, but that is far from the truth. The only thing that appeared remotely new were the floors — and even those were installed poorly. There were bugs in the condo some dead and others we had to get rid of. The lighting was extremely dim, making the condo feel dark and dreary at night. The beds were uncomfortable, and noise from neighbors outside after 10 PM made it difficult to rest. There also seemed to be little regard for quiet hours.We travel to Orlando often for sporting events, but we will not stay here again, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property to others.

Mini Vacation

Came down for a cheer competition. My husband, our two daughters, our pup, and I were able to stay here comfortably. Pool was in walking distance. Restaurant were also within walking distance. Will stay again. The apartment is in a dead zone for T-Mobile but my husband and I enjoyed the quiet. The WiFi definitely helped.

Renovated?

Nice floor plan; floors were dirty, which was interesting because shoes are not allowed in the condo; no garbage disposal; clogged kitchen sink; dryer did not work correctly (the gentleman I spoke to about the dryer was responsive and helpful); stating ‘recently renovated’ is false advertising … that’s on VRBO.

No phone signal in the unit!

Verizon does not work in this unit. So I spent the week sitting in my car or at Starbucks conducting business. The host blamed Verizon or my phone. I took an hour of time to go to Verizon to get my brand new iPhone reset. Still no signal. I stayed for a week between residences so had lots of calls to make. This was a horrible stay because of the phone situation. Beware!

Easy stay, exactly as described

This was a perfect place to stay for our purpose. Close to our family for a quick visit including our dog. Very clean, safe, everything we needed for our short stay. Very convenient to shopping and eating. Exactly as described and pictured. Communication with host was timely and well done. Would stay again.

Beautiful apartment

The property is in great conditions, the neighborhood is quiet and the pool is great. There is a cafe in the pool where you can order food and drinks. The place to be

Great experience, great location, wonderful pool. We have stayed in several different units at Tuscana and this one was the cleanest one that we have ever had. My wife and I left it as when we left today. But I would recommend this place to anyone with or without a family Who wants a central location with plenty of good food, entertainment proximity to Disney and Universall.

Beautiful place on a great location

This home is very clean, comfortable and easily accessible. It’s located a short drive away from Disney (approximately 7miles away). Very happy with the accommodations. I highly recommend this home, you will not be disappointed.

GREAT PLACE

This place was great the unit was clean and had everything we needed including a washer and dryer the pool and hot tub was great. They had everything in there we needed did not have to bring anything they even had beach towels. It is very big unit and I would stay here again thanks

Five days in Davenport

By and large the unit was very clean. Because the grounds keeping staff don't keep the walkways between the units clean, it's extremely easy to track in debris. The A/C's filter was extremely dirty but there were new ones available to replace it with. The sliding door to the screened in porch doesn't positively lock. When more supplies were requested the person taking care of us was very responsive.
