Who needs themeparks??

The place was beautiful and provided much needed relaxation and solitude after crazy days at the theme parks. We enjoyed it so much we spent 1 less day at Universal just to enjoy the villa....and then also opted to extend our stay as well. The staff was great in checking up on us to ensure thwt we had everythjng we needed. Overall it waan amazing experience.

Great communication

Enjoyed our stay at this resort. All questions and concerns were answered extremely quickly. Resort is close to universal and fit our family perfectly. Check out was easy without a huge to-do list. Love that they donate leftover unopened food to local churches and charities. Didn’t love that when we arrived only 30 minutes early prior to check in, the lady at the gate wouldn’t allow us in. Most places allow early arrival if your place is ready. Overall a great place!

Going to be a busy place!

This property is still under construction. All of their amenities are still to come. But the living facilities are amazing. Of course everything is brand new. We were impressed by the modern design and furnishings. The kitchen was well appointed with plastic stuff for the kids and real plates and glassware for adults. The beds were huge and comfortable. There were TVs everywhere! Including an 85” TV in the family room!The kids theme room was amazing. Money well spent by the ownership. Our boys loved every bit of it. The people at the gate were so nice. And the communication with management was fantastic. We had a couple of little repairs and they were right on it.I would recommend they offer a Keurig coffee machine instead of drip coffee. I think this place is going to do really well when they are fully up and running. We would definitely come back.
