The family room features a huge sectional sofa and being located off the kitchen its the perfect place to come together as a group. A large flat screen TV and full cable pack provide the entertainment.

We stayed 20 minutes and left after seeing numerous cockroaches in the kitchen, in the cupboards, with the dishes, utensils one in the dishwasher. We wanted a vacation where we’d come home with a tan and some Disney gifts. We weren’t looking to bring cockroaches home. We called the house’s 24 hour number and never heard back from the host. Moved to a hotel the first and second night of our vacation and then VRBO moved us into another home - that didn’t have any cockroaches. Skip the stress and gross feeling. Stay somewhere else.

Extremely disappointed with our stay at this villa and we will definitely not stay here again or use a villa owned by the same host! The villa is certainly tired and could do with all minor repairs, such as holes in the walls, being undertaken as soon as possible. Similarly the cockroaches were a problem! This could have been caused by the unclean chopping board and utensils and glasses which had been placed in the cupboard. After complaining for 4 days about the above and lack of forks (only 2 for a 5 bedroomed villa) new cutlery, pots and pans, plastic bowls and plates were delivered the night before we left. To say too little too late is an understatement. We did not use the pool or outside area which only had 2 sun loungers and 2 patio seats and a table.

Ant problem and don’t pay for pool heat

We stayed in this house for 9 days. Very nice home but has a few issues. There is an ant problem. They are all over the plug sockets and kitchen counter and also in the main floor bathroom closest to the pool. We informed them of this and someone came to spray. That only helped for that day and the ants returned. There were not nearly enough towels/facecloths. Not even enough for each person for one day. I called and/or messaged asking for more towels at least three times and each time I was told they would send someone. They never came. We had to do laundry every day and buy our own facecloths. I also asked for the pool to be heated and they came right away to do that for me. The technician told us while he was there that they have problems with the pilot going out. The next evening we noticed that the pool was not as warm as it should be and the spa was only circulating cold water. I sent a message and was told someone would come that afternoon. We were there the whole day by the pool and never saw or heard anyone. I messaged and called each day up until our second to last day and then I asked to be refunded. They replied that a tech had been there the first day I called and everything worked as it should. They said we wouldn’t have seen him as he could access the pool equipment from outside. The funny thing is, the same day that I asked to be refunded, we were out for the day and when we returned, there was a hose in the spa with water spraying everywhere, the pool heat was working and the filter basket had been dumped on the patio (and not cleaned up). It was very obvious that a tech had been there that day.

Lovely Stay

Property was lovely and located very close to the clubhouse which was perfect. Very clean and spacious. Couple small issues with the pool which were promptly resolved after contacting the property management. Overall, would visit again.

Beautiful, Spacious & Comfortable

Unit was exactly as described on VRBO. Five bedrooms and five bathrooms provided my teens with the privacy they needed. Everything was clean and comfortable. Resort was very nice. Great location near everything Orlando offers. Only problem was getting the pool temperature right. Paid over $30/ day in advance to have pool/ hot tub heated. Was assured by property manager that the pool and hot tub could be heated to different temperatures. The first day we were there, ( checked in on Wednesday night) this service was not provided. When we contacted property management the next morning, they sent someone out the next day to turn heat on. Once heated, the temperature was perfect in the hot tub, but they made the pool WAY too hot (same temp as hot tub, like >100 degrees). Attempted to contact management about the issue (of course it was on a Saturday) and no showed up to correct the problem till Tuesday morning when we were checking out. Great stay, but would skip the pool heat next time.

The Damaged Ant Infested House

This house was awful. The pictures online was very deceiving. There were ants in the kitchen on the counter tops, pantry and floor. We believe it was coming out of the sockets. Damages to walls and doors. Clothes left behind from the owner in 2 separate closets. The decorum in the kids bedroom was damaged. We paid to have the pool and spa heated and both were cold. We notified management who refuse to come out. They would say we see that the heat is on one our end but never come out to the property to check. I notified them of the ants no response. I asked for a refund for the pool and spa heat and still no response. If you are ever visiting Florida Never rent this house or from this property management team. Very unprofessional team.

Mixed Review

Good resort and management company was immediately responsive to our communications. Great floor plan, kitchen was well equipped, there were ample linens and the pool was clean and heated as requested. The home was not clean. Surfaces had been wiped down however counters were greasy, the floor tile had stuck-on dirt that was mopped over and the rugs and carpet were heavily soiled. Management company sent carpet cleaning company without hesitation however being gone for the day while they were cleaning and having wet carpet for a day and a half was an inconvenience. I chose to clean the remainder myself instead of having additional cleaning staff in the house while we were away. Finally, the lighting in the bedrooms was very poor and air circulation was spotty.

Great space for our family vacation. Nice and roomy, clean except under the sofas. It is a lovely home. We could have used wash cloths instead of hand towels. It was hard getting the patio door to lock. The dinning room chairs are wobbly. The parking is not the best but overall I would recommend the property for trips.

Youngest Daughter 21st Birthday!!

They property was amazing absolutely gorgeous, stunning and most of all Huge!!! It was very comfortable and the perfect size property for my family and our staycation. There were some things that were not expected to be and unfortunately we had to make sure the cleaning of the property was completed by myself and my family. In the changing of the sheets of the master bedroom it was realized that the mattress has very unpleasant stains. That should have been removed for health reasons (because I didn’t know what they were and if it could of affected me). Also we got no warning of the pool cleaners just accessing the house while my daughters and I were there alone. We could of been left a note with a date and time of their visit. Even though they came to clean the pool they didn’t remove the bandages (bandaids) that someone left there from the previous visit this is why I had to make sure I cleaned the entire house and sanitize it myself!!! Outside of the (3) issues I came across I would say it was a gorgeous house/home to stay in and it felt like a home away from home every thing in the house worked perfectly and I’d love to visit again with the conditions that these issues are corrected, and never an issue for anyone and it’s up to Covid-19 standards!!!

Best price offered for this large home!

Enjoyed our home! Everything we needed! Recommend all white towels and wash clothes! Recommend having some extra toilet tissue on hand until tenant has time to shop. Also a bit of dish soap and dishwasher soap! But the quality of the home was excellent compared to the price we paid! Will be looking for you next year!
