South facing pool with no rear neighbors close to Disney

The five bedrooms allow 10 adults to sleep comfortably.

One of the three master bedrooms features a king size bed with luxurious, upgraded furniture plus 32 inch TV. This master leads you from your king size bed on to your private pool via a direct pool door - you will see the sunshine sparkling on your pool before even getting out of bed!!

This home is on the apex of a corner, so the position of the home is south east, but directing more to the south. The 2nd master bedroom boasts a comfortable queen size bed with a direct pool door from the ensuite bathroom, also creating a pool side bathroom. The large patio doors from the lounge are stretched from one side of the room across to the other - allowing you a fantastic view whilst enjoying a large, vaulted ceiling living area with 42 inch TV.

With a separate 6 seat dining room set plus a 4 seat nook table plus 4 large bar stools - there is plenty of space to enjoy dinner with the air conditioning on. The 3rd master bedroom located at the front of the home with 3 custom windows allows privacy for guests with its own bathroom also. EVERY bedroom has a flat screen TV!! If there is nothing good on TV - enjoy the well equipped gamesroom that features popular games such as pool, darts and air hockey.

The best feature of this home is not so much the upgraded furniture, TVs, gamesroom, private pool and spa with no rear neighbors - it is the overwhelming feeling of open space, the home layout and positioning and it just seems to have that comfortable, holiday feel to it that many homes do not feature.

The villa is in an ideal location for you to experience all that Orlando has to offer, whether it's the world famous theme parks (Walt Disney World can be is reached in just 12 minutes), the award winning Golf courses (over 20 full size courses with-in a 20 mile radius), the outstanding malls and retail outlets (including the new Posner Centre Mall and Market Street at Celebration), or the huge selection of quality restaurants, diners and bars (many more than you could possibly hope to visit in one holiday).

On site facilities include a Mediterranean Style Club House with gym, tennis courts, children's indoor play area, sand volley ball court, and a palm garden. Located just a short distance from Tuscan Hills you'll find all the essential amenities including a variety of shops, banks, petrol station, a Super Wal-Mart and Publix supermarket (they are within walking distance, approx 20 minute walk) Being located on the US 27, just over one mile from the US 192 and ten minutes from the Interstate 4, you'll have easy access to all of Orlando's main thoroughfares, making it easy to get to where ever you wish to go around Orlando. The Interstate 4 provides direct access Southwest to Tampa (60 minutes) and Northeast to the centre of Orlando and the Airports (Orlando airport 30 minutes, Sanford airport 1 hour).

Our two week stay in 773 Tuscan Hills was to celebrate my big birthday, my friend an her family from NZ stayed with me and mine. As we entered the villa the full 'wow' factor hit us, the space in the villa accommodated five couples easily each feeling they had there own areas and not at all cramped.
The kitchen was fully equipped to cater for all 10 of us, the huge fridge and ample storage was great.
All of us considered the villa as our home and we're very pleased to return there after long days of adventures!

We have stayed at this beautiful villa a couple of times now, the gated community makes it quiet and feels very secure.
The house is beautifully maintained, with new furniture, carpets and the kitchen is fully equipped, home from home.
Great location, near supermarket, restaurant and our favourite Disney parks.
The owners are super efficient, reply to enquires and bookings quickly, love this place so much we have booked it for our next holiday.
