Additionally, right at your stay, appreciate having access to a shared hot tub, pool, lazy river, children's pool, and fitness center.
Inside, sprawl out and get comfortable in the spacious shared living areas and sizable bedrooms. The sunny living room features comfortable seating, a large TV, and easy outdoor access. Steps away, the townhome's well-equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
The primary bedroom will become a serene space for you to nestle down and enjoy bubble baths, TV viewings, and early morning cups of coffee on the private balcony. The little ones of the group will adore their bedroom's playful Disney-themed decor. Additional interior perks include a washer/dryer and central air-conditioning.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Guests must pay a $25 tax resort fee every day they are on the property at the front desk. Guests may have up to eight bands to access the resort and towels are available to rent.
Beginning September 1, 2023, each reservation will require a $100 incidental hold placed on the payment method at the time of check-in. At the time of check-out, the hold will be returned once the provided wristbands and pool towel cards are returned to the front desk.
Parties are prohibited. If one is suspected to be occurring, security will be notified and guests will be fined $250.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
