Great house with plenty of space good location for parks lovely pool just a shame there was a hole in screen so leaves / bugs etc we’re able to get in other than that we had a great stay and would recommend

Such potential!

We had such high hopes for a nice big house for our family vacation! Unfortunately the cleanliness and upkeep for the property was less than stellar. Stained carpets, dirty walls, dirty furniture, outdoor couch cushions falling apart, poor quality cookware, a pool heater that didn’t get the hot tub warmer than the pool, etc. all reasons for the review. Price and location and amenities were right, the house just needs more TLC. Also, a baby gate for the stairs would have been a nice option. Thanks

Stay in orlando

I had an amazing stay it were a few issues I recommended you guys fix as far as other guest I’m not complaining because I definitely understand but just make sure everything is fully cleaned for future reference. We had to wash and Lysol all of our sheets before laying on the bed was missing a mop an it didn’t have a grill as shown in picture. Overall good experience you guys are doing a great job keep it up !

Never return to this property.

The inside of the property was NOT clean. Dirty stained chairs, couch and carpet. Proper number of towels and wash cloths were not provided even after we notified the management that they had not supplied the ample amount. I had to purchase towels and wash cloths. The outside grill was dirty and was removed from the property without notification. The safty alarm by pass on the door leading to the swimming area did not work properly. So it was an option to turn it off completly or hear the loud alarm whenever we opened the door. I did contact the managing company and explained the malfunction to them. As we were checking the house prior to leaving. we found a zip lock plastic bag of c122 drugs in one of children's room in a drawer. Simple solution for some of the uncleanness: place wipeable covering on the kitchen chairs vjnyl/leather. Replace the carpet with a mopable surface if you are unable to spot clean between guests. Place darker colored couch in the living room. I will try to send pictures in a separate message if it allows me. Concerning the drugs. I never place my items in the drawers, but this experience has taught me to check all drawers prior to allowing children to enter the rooms.

When we arrived; the day and and time we were due to arrive, only to find the property dirty and not ready for our arrival. The beds were not made up, dirty linen still on the beds, dirty towels in restroom. Rotten limes in a bowl on kitchen counter. Spilled liquid on sofa, chair cushions ripped on pool furniture, pool table leg broken and another leg being leveled by bath towel (floor in garage slant to keep rain out, not a problem but pool balls rolled one way when you racked the balls). Kitchen counter sticky and dirty. No skimmer net for pool, bugs in pool. Stair banister was loose and carpet very dirty. Had to wait 4 hours and several phone calls to answering service, then someone finally called to tell me he can't help me. By this time I had responded to the text I received with the house code, someone finally text me back only to state they couldn't get in contact with the cleaning crew. I ask if they had another house they could put us in, we had been on the road 17 hours and my grandchildren 5 and 11 were tired and we were ready to relax. A hour later I receive a text they had found a house we could use for 3 days but then we would have to move to the original house. Pack, unpack, pack, unpack, then pack again to come home. Not a relaxing vacation. Needless to say, and I'm just being honest, I would not recommend Florida Spirits as a property management company, it didn't seem like they cared. No one picked up the phone to ensure our stay was okay. Also, I guard shack lady was not a nice person, it's not my problem she had to work extra, nor should she have taken it out on us. Just being real, no one would want this type of vacation experience. Thank you for the opportunity to share my experience and I wish you all well.

Le Solterra est un magnifique quartier sécurisé.

La maison louée est très belle et confortable. Par contre, les divans, chaises comptoirs et de la terrasse sont abîmés et très tachés. Le remplacement est peut-être à considérer.

Nice house poorly managed

Nice house in a nice resort area for families. Don't believe the listed items. The pool heat will not work. Calls to the property management (Florida Spirit Vacation Homes) was not helpful. The maintenance team is nice and they will say every day they are going to come out and fix issues but never do. They put you off long enough knowing you are going to eventually leave. They even tried to blame the owner of the property saying they were unwilling to authorize the fixes. If this is true then shame on the owner. The pool alarms do not work so is you have kids keep an extra watch out for them. The BBQ is very small and covered in mold so do not plan on BBQ while at the house. The heat will not work which would be fine in the summer but would have been nice in the winter when we went. All said I would recommend staying at the resort however you will be better off staying in another house NOT managed by Florida Spirit Vaction Homes.
