HORRIBLE - they never provided directions or access code to our home. Both ourselves and Expedia tried to get in contact with them and they never responded. We ended up having to book something else last minute. DON’T USE TS VACATION HOMES.

disappointed to say the least

The condition of the home and cleanliness needs to be addressed. And for a vacation home I would think the Kitchen cooking utensils, dishes, and pans would be better stocked. The beds were all very uncomfortable, the furniture was dated (the couch actually had a tear in it). It was dirty, the bedding even smelt bad we washed it before sleeping on it!! FYI: very hard to get ahold of the property management...Best part of the home was the pool....

FRAUD do not book!!!!! Owners will take money!!

This company is the worst I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Booked property in April 2021 to be near event in Sept 2021. One week before event, I get message with check in instructions, for a different address over 5 miles away (plan was to be able to walk to event). I messaged Back with questions and never received response (sent 4 messages over the week). Also have contacted hotels.com for refund and they deferred to property who of course declined. I’ve submitted fraud alert with my credit card and will get refunded. Never deal with this property!

Contacted property for access code and was told there were no open units. To call back later in the week. We were already 10 hours from home and now had paid in full for a place that didn’t exist. Spent 8 hours on the phone with Expedia and have gotten no resolution. I’m preparing to seek legal counsel.

The house has great bones. But it was so dusty and unclean. I think that house had not been cleaned in over a month. When we lowered the a/c a huge dust wade came out of a/c vent. Had to pay for wifi and they ask you to start a load of laundry with no laundry detergent. Very disappointing because it was a special birthday weekend for my son. This property needs some TLC badly.

The property was beautiful but it was not clean properly. I moved a night table to plug my phone to charge and there was a dead frog behing the night stand and it must have been there for a very long time as it was rock hard there were also wrappers behind dressers and socks left behind in the rooms. That just made me wonder if the sheets had been clean before we laid on them. Also we found that the pool filter would be turned off without warning. Overall the house was beautiful and great neighborhood maybe they need to be more thorough with the cleaning

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

WILL NEVER STAY AT TS VACATIONS EVER AGAIN IN LIFE! NEVER RECEIVED THE ADDRESS TO THE HOME OR A ACCESS CODE TO THE KEY BOX UNTIL A HOUR BEFORE CHECK IN! HAD TO CALL THE BOOKING RESERVATIONS OVER 20TIMES AND SHE WASN’T EVEN PROFESSIONAL TO ANSWER THE PHONE SHE ASKED US TO TEXT HER TO COMMUNICATE! THEN AFTER THAT SHE GAVE US THE WRONG ACCESS CODE TO THE KEY BOX! WE RENTED A 4 BEDROOM 2BATHROOM HOME FOR 4 DAYS AND 3 NIGHTS IT WAS ONLY 1 ROLL OF TOILET PAPER IN EACH BATHROOM 1 GARBAGE BAG THE TOWELS SMELLED WHEN WE ARIVED AT THE PROPERTY! THE WALL WAS PILLING AND HAD CRACKS IN THE CEILING! HOT WATER LASTED FOR 5 MINUTES IN THE SHOWER! JUST HORRIBLE!!!!!

April 2021 Family Vacation

Our stay at TS Vacation Homes was amazing. We walked in and found the house clean and organized. Each bedroom was suitable for my three children, ages 15, 13, and 11. The pool was a hit for our family. The neighborhood was quiet and consisted of 24hrs security surveillance, felt very safe for my family of five. Can’t wait to return and use TS Vacation Homes again, definitely recommend them.

This house has to be one of the worst my family and I have ever stayed in. Where can I start. As we walked up to the front door a hornets nest rested above the door greeting us. We had to keep the girls inside the car while we battled our way through this. From the moment we walked in the furniture in all rooms were old and outdated. Carpets in each room were stained with an unknown brown substance. I figured they most likely murdered someone here. In the game room we found a winged chicken bone. The towels provided were supposed to be white. They were an off gray color. The plumbing was horrible. Black water kept coming up from the drains. We had to use at one point a plunger which we luckily found because this house provided NOTHING. There was no additional toilet paper and clean pots. The beds were as hard as a rock. My family and I woke up with back pains on ever day we stayed. Oh... it continues. The TVs were 20 years old... not even an HDMI plug so we can plug in a Nintendo switch which we normally take on trips for the girls to play. The pool. The pool cuts you. The pool needs to be resurfaced but along other things that need fixing in this house, I don’t see it happening. We payed for the pool to be heated for the 3 days. The lack of communication between all parties involved is atrocious. The management company told us while we were there that the pool would take 3 days to heat. The management company also does not answer the phone. Horrible stay!!!!!!!

Paid 240.00 for hot water for the Pool, the heat never was turned on couldn’t enjoy the pool, the water was cold. Mold was everywhere.
