A Good Orange Tree property
The booking and communication was very excellent. The house overall is emaculate, I have stayed in orange tree 3 to mes previously and the inside of the villa is on par with others. Overall a very good villa but the pool area needs a little TLC however it did not impact our stay at all. Very happy family experience.

Faded Glory not "Hidden Jewel"
This property was as stated: Average in cleanliness, roomy with accoutrements as noted in the descriptions. That said, the place felt very dated. From the furniture to the appliances, all seemed to be 20 years old ( and very worn). Even the pool had its tell tale signs of age, with the bottom beginning to come apart and traces of mold in the harder to reach grout lines. The garage game room was nice with the exception of a used and discarded clothes dryer left in the middle of the room, requiring the dryer to be moved to utilize the equipment. Perhaps not worth the dollars but not a bad stay. Certainly not a "hidden jewel".

2020 new year vacation
The house was amazing, very clean, a bit far from all the attractions. Very good service and communication. I would recommend it if you don't mind driving. The tap water smells bad but this could be an issue in Orlando? In general we have had a good time. Thanks
