Bedroom 2: Main Suite with a Queen Size bed (Private Bathroom)
Bedroom 3: there are 1 Trundle bed with one full and 2 twin beds (Private Bathroom)

We are happy for guests to bring their pets with prior arrangements. Pets are welcomed and the maximum number allowed at any time is 2.

However, for the comfort of future guests and for hygiene purposes, they are not allowed on furnishings or beds. Substantial extra charges will apply if this or any damage occurs.

If your dog usually sleeps with you, please bring your own bedding (sheets and duvet) for your personal use.

PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES)
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX deliver there.
In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse (fees may apply). Some resorts may not accept them.

GARBAGE:
Trash has to be take in BAG to the nearest dumpster in the community.

ENTRY INTO HOME/KEY/CODE:
You will receive home arrival instructions 01 day prior to your stay to your email address on file.

You go straight to the house with an electronic door code that we will provide with your arrival instructions. There is no key to pick up. Door functions with a code keypad.
