Villa with Private Pool & Free Heat - Close to Disney!

Situated in the small exclusive 16 home gated community of Lindfields Reserve less than 10 mins drive from the magic of the Disney World entrance! Enjoy the exclusive use of this cool 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with a pool and hot tub for your exclusive use that is totally private and not overlooked like most other villas are. Pool and hot tub heat are provided for free adding to your enjoyment. There is a blue tooth speaker system available poolside to play those relaxing tunes or to crank up a little during happy hour at the outside bar. This beautiful home has a unique floor plan including a queen en-suite bedroom that can accommodate the in-laws, teenagers or friends located on the other side of the pool separate to the rest of the house. It comes with a cabana ensuite bath which can be also be accessed from poolside. The master king opens directly onto the pool and comes with double sink in the ensuite bathroom for added luxury. It also has an in room safe. The twin has two single beds together with an en-suite shower room. All bedrooms come with 32 inch tv and comfortable pillow top mattresses. There is ample space in the airy living room which comes with a cathedral ceiling overlooking the pool. A 55-inch tv, dvd player, iPhone docking station, corner sofa and 2 comfy arm chairs are provided. The dining room can accommodate 6 whilst the breakfast bar seats four. There is an additional sitting area overlooking the pool with love seat for those who may wish to relax, read or keep an eye on the kids in the pool.
The open plan kitchen comes with granite counter tops and is very well equipped with a selection of essential small electrical appliances, china, silverware, glassware & plasticware for the pool area. There is also a bar, sun loungers and dining table and chairs outside on the pool deck.

Vacation dream house

Everything about this property was just as expected in the photos! Amazing spa and pool. The host was amazing she responded quickly! and was on point with everything even helping check in. Beds are comfortable as well definitely recommend booking cause i know we will!! We even recommend her place for future family coming to Florida for a stay ❤️
