This beautiful townhome offers a split-level floor plan with tile throughout the downstairs living area, where you can relax on the comfortable sectional sofa. Sliding doors lead to a sunny west-facing private splash pool, complete with outdoor furniture and a sun lounge chair, inviting you to bask in the Florida sun and create cherished memories.
Heavenly Bedrooms for Unwind Time:
Retreat to the utmost comfort at the end of a long vacation day. Conveniently located on the ground floor, one bedroom features a shared bathroom for added convenience. Heading upstairs, you'll discover two master suites, each with its ensuite bathroom, providing privacy and relaxation. The little ones will be thrilled with the Princess Theme bedroom, customized with a full bunk bed, while another master suite awaits with a king-sized bed. All bedrooms are thoughtfully equipped with smart TVs for your entertainment pleasure.

Savor the moments spent at the personalized wine/coffee bar, where you can sip your favorite wine or enjoy a delightful cup of coffee with the convenience of a wine/beverage cooler.
